The thesis is divided into 2 parts. The first theoretical part contains the theoretical aspect of the target issue related to employee motivation and motivational factors, where I present the basic knowledge in these areas, which helps to further develop the work. The practical part contains an evaluation of the current situation of the company in terms of employee motivation through a survey. Taking into account the results and findings, I then develop a proposal for improving employee motivation in the company, which can be used by the company in practice to increase employee productivity.

The introductory part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical foundations of employee remuneration, which were drawn from the relevant literature. In the second part, an analysis is made of the current state of remuneration in the selected company, taking into account the internal and external influences that shape this system. The final part of the paper presents suggestions for adjustments to the reward system that should lead to better employee satisfaction and loyalty.
