It explores the roles of individuals in civil society, and roles, The state in shaping society and the Internet. The practical part deals with democratic freedoms in society and ways to measure them. The these deals currently with used Internet technology and is dedicated to measuring its freedom. In conclusion, using the regression analysis validated correlation of democratic freedoms and liberties on the Internet.
Methodology for solving an BI analytical tasks

The thesis focuses mainly on OLAP technology and its tools using to analyze corporate data. One of the objectives is to define the analytical tools market and provide an overview which shows the current situation concerning those tools on Business Intelligence (BI) market. Another objective is to obtain an overview of some current and future trends in the BI market. The main purpose of the thesis is to create a "methodology" for solving an BI analytical tasks using analytical services in SQL Server 2008 R2 from Microsoft. To achieve these objectives a theoretical analysis of available resources and, in particular consultation with employees of Clever Decision company is used. The main contribution of this work is the development of analytical database itself, which is divided into separate phases where each phase contains best practices and recommendations, including examples.
Optimal choice for enterprise information system

In these days Information Technologies play a significant role in the business life. Their choice often predetermines the whole business. That is why the right choice of business IS is very important and it is necessary to pay attention to it. This thesis summarizes the main criteria which would be useful for a firm to have in mind during the making choice of IS. There are proposed to use principles of process management and software modelling to define evaluation criteria and characteristics of the IS and to apply WSA method for their evaluation to find the best option subsequently.
Management of marketing campaigns and enhancing their efficiency by using CRM in UniCredit Bank Czech Republic, a. s.

The issue of managing customer relationship is very comprehensive and touches all processes in organizations. My diploma thesis focuses on benefits of CRM systems for improving effectiveness of marketing campaigns in retail segment of UniCredit Bank Czech Republic, a. s., a member of leading European financial institution UniCredit Group. Customer relationship management approach is analyzed on the example of a key marketing campaign that took place this year. The theoretical knowledge is compared with practical application in the different stages of the campaign management - planning, execution and evaluation by using CRM tools. The aim is to verify the current knowledge on customer needs, ability to deliver the right data to target potential clients, use of information technology for campaign management and results evaluation. As a conclusion the thesis provides a list of recommendations that should enhance efficiency of executed marketing campaigns and leverage value for the customer as a key factor for building a long-tern relationship between the bank and the client, which is a prerequisite to fulfill the basic objective of the company's existence -- profit maximization.

These tools are analyzed and then used for the analysis used in marketing communications company. The work brings its own proposal for a new strategy, and it is the use of forces the social media - Facebook, YouTube and blogging.

The here presented thesis deals with an evaluation of possible deployment of free / open source software in small and medium enterprises. In the introductory theoretical part fundamental concepts, specifics of software licenses and availability of free alternatives to commercial software are discussed. In the following practical part an analysis of the total cost of ownership of two variants is performed - one utilizing only free software, the other utilizing only generic commercial software.

The aim of this thesis is to create a detailed overview of customer segmentation in banking sector and apply theoretical knowledge on a concrete practical case. Another goal is a detailed comparison of employee's attitude to clients from different segments. One of the outputs of the thesis is also confrontation of a detailed analysis of the facts with a point of view of the client.

In my bachelor paper I deal with new trends in marketing, concretely with e-mail mareting, viral marketing, bar codes, mobile marketing and social networks. I describe them, analyse from the point of view of their potentialities, I try to identify their influence on customer relationship management and assess their impact and efficiency. One part of this bachelor paper is my own research on utilization of the world's most popular social network - Facebook. To show the possibilities of mentioned trends I give example of their utilization in a marketing campaign of Mammut Sports Group company.
CRM Software-as-a-Service in Czech Republic

Customer relationship management includes all the sophisticated methodologies. It is a comprehensive way to manage the relationships which company has with its customers. There is a fierce competiton between companies, small businesses have to compete on equal terms with large organizations. This situation leads to discussion about customer oriented approach and diligence to prevent the loss of customer portfolio. Increase in the knowledge of customers is a key point of success. Information technology boosts customer relationship management. Companies face expensiveness of technologies and they try to find cheaper and more reachable solution. To find and evaluate criteria of success of CRM Software-as-a-Service in Czech Republic is the objective of my thesis. The goal is to define a method on how to find aspects of success, to research and to evaluate the results. Thesis contains insight into levels of CRM, summary of criteria of CRM choice, description of SaaS technology, research, results and final conclusion.
