Opportunities and development of further education of teaching staff at the Prague Botanical Garden

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of further education of pedagogical staff (DVPP) of schools in the Prague Botanical Garden (BZP) and the possibilities of offering accredited courses. The aim of the thesis is to theoretically define and characterize the DVPP with emphasis on the analysis and identification of educational needs and motivation of teaching staff of science and biology subjects in primary and secondary schools in the territory of the capital city of Prague. The aim of the study is to identify and develop the educational and research oriented teaching in the field of secondary and secondary education in the city of Prague with an emphasis on the development of research oriented teaching. Continue to conduct research on the use of methods and forms of teacher education. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis deals with the definition and relationship of basic concepts in the observed area of continuing education, systematic education, analysis of educational needs, organization of educational activities in BZP, description of selected aspects of DVPP in the context of lifelong learning. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of further education of pedagogical staff (DVPP) of schools in the Prague Botanical Garden (BZP) and the possibilities of offering accredited courses. The Greenhouse Fata Morgana in Prague Botanical Garden as an educational Place

The thesis deals with utilization of the greenhouse Fata Morgana, which belongs to the Prague Botanical Garden, for botanical educational excursions. In the first part excursion is introduced as a part of education. The next topic shows the history of Botanical Garden as an educational centre. The last chapter refers to present expositions of the Botanical Garden. The main aim of this thesis is to prove that tropical greenhouse is a suitable place for holding school excursions supported by professional guides. The thesis includes an interview with the chief guide Mgr. Eva Novozamska, on the basis of which thorough information about educational excursions and professional guiding system was achieved. The core of the thesis is about a recommendation to include botanical excursions, supported by general educational programmes issued by the Ministry of education, youth and sport, in the education system. Title: Business Plan: Development opportunities of project Brutal Kruháč Goals: The main goal of this thesis is to develop a business plan that will help further develop the project Brutal kruháč. Another goal is the elaboration of a business plan analyses necessary to determine the development opportunities of the project. Methods: Literature review and description of the analyzed documents were used to build a business plan. Furthermore, the method of survey, observation, analysis and comparison was used when compiling marketing and financial plan. Results: Results of the analyses show that the project is profitable and it makes sense to expand it further. Following the findings in this work the project is to be moved to its own gym in Prague, there will be extension in the number of lessons and expansion to Brno.
