Distribution and degradation of oostatic peptides in the selected organs of flesh fly Neobellieria bullata was investigated using tritium labeled molecules. The degradation of peptides proceeded fast at both the amino and carboxy termini and resulted in formation of transient tetra and tripeptide sequences. Pomocí tritiovaného oostatického byla studována distribuce do a degradace ve vybraných orgánech mouchy Neobellieria bullata. Degradace probíhá velmi rychle jak z N- tak z C-konce molekuly a přechodně se tvoří tetra- a tripeptidové sekvence.
