The plan of reforming the parish system in the Diocese of Hradec Králové

Title: THE PLAN OF REFORM THE PARISH SYSTEM IN DIOCESE HRADEC KRÁLOVÉ Abstract: The thesis deals with a problematic reform of parishes in Hradec Králové diocese. On historical, geographical and social aspect the thesis introduces into situation which governs in this diocese because it does not contain from a homogenous region but from several regions with different religiosity and state of parishes. Many parishes did not conform with a canon law definition, were not adequate community, suffered with lack of faithful and financial resources, and were long time without their own priest. For that reason has arisen a plan to reform the parish system, which base on gathering of smaller an noviable parishes into root parishes. Unlike Pilsen diocese, where parishes gathering already passed, is gathering in Hradec Králové many year process, which specificity and history the author tries to describe in general matter, as well as describe it in specific example in Jičín vicarage. In conclusion of the thesis are asked questions and found responses after the reform, hopes and possible steps, which will the parishes gathering supplement and strengthen the parish role such as the full-value community. The clinical picture of developmental dysphasia in the concept of neuorodevelopmental disorders

Introduction: Developmental dysphasia (DD) is a developmental language disorder with high prevalence, but also with low publication index and confusion of the terminology (including the Czech version of ICD - "speech" disorder instead of "language" disorder). The scientific view has passed the development from a symptom, through the specific nozologic unit to the current term Developmental language disorder (DLD) and its classification among a new category of diseases in ICD-11 (existing in DSM-5) called Neurodevelopmental disorders. Another disorder with the characteristic pathology in communication is the autism spectrum disorder (ASD) which is classified as a disease of the same category as DD. Compared to DD, it has a higher publication index, lower prevalence, and even more serious consequences. Three different domains that cause confusion, both in ASD and DD, are "speech", "language", and "communication". The same confusion applies to the current subtypes in ICD-11 with the term "functional language". In the Czech Republic there are very few studies dealing with the patients with DD, their profile of a clinic picture has not been processed so far. It deals with the preparation and management of a specific construction contract called "Reconstruction of the sports hall Otrokovice" with the help of methods and procedures that the issue offers.

Contribution of brain magnetic resonance imaging to the diagnosis of autism spectrum disorders

Aim. The aim of the present work is to examine and compare brain abnormalities found on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and in children without this diagnosis. In terms of psychopathology, the aim is to evaluate a possible relationship between the MRI findings and the severity of autistic symptomatology. Methods. The research study is based on a retrospective analysis of a sample of patients who attended a diagnostic examination focused on ASD and at the same time underwent brain MRI at the Department of Child Psychiatry of the Second Faculty of Medicine at Charles University and University Hospital Motol between the years 1998 and 2015. For clinical diagnosis of ASD, the International Classification of Diseases, 10th revision (ICD-10), was used. Between 1998 and 1999, the assessment of patients was supported by the Childhood Autism Rating Scale. Starting in 2000, the third version of the Autism Diagnostic Interview - Revised was used for assessments; and from 2012 onwards, the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule - Generic was added to the diagnostic procedures. Psychopathology of early-onset schizophrenia and its therapy with focus on atypical neuroleptics

OBJECTIVES: The aim of our study was to assess clinical presentation of early-onset schizophrenia spectrum disoders (EO-SSD), the time to first improvement and efficacy associated with selected atypical (AAPs) and typical (TAPs) antipsychotics, as well as two main side effects - weight gain and treatment-emergent extrapyramidal symptoms (EPSs) during the treatment in patients with EO-SSD. METHODS: This was a systematic chart review of all patients receiving routine clinical care in our department, with selected AAPs (risperidone, olanzapine, ziprasidone, quetiapine and clozapine) and TAPs (haloperidol, perphenazine and sulpiride), for schizophrenic psychoses, between 1997 and 2007. During this period, our review identified 173 patients (85 males, 88 females; mean age 15.8±1.6 years); their treatment included 297 treatment trials. Data on premorbid adjustment, prodromal symptoms and psychopathology at admission, as well as comorbidity were evaluated based on the patients' medical records. The time to first improvement could be estimated in 258 treatment trials; of these, 195 (76%) comprised AAPs and 63 (24%) TAPs. Relationship of olfactory functions and psychopathology in patients with autism spectrum disorders

The aim of our study was to examine olfactory functions (odor detection thresholds, odor identification and odor preference) and to explore their relationship with psychopathology in children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). Thirty-five patients with Asperger's syndrome and high functioning autism (mean age 10,8 ± 3,6 years; 31 boys) were compared with 35 healthy control subjects (mean age 10,4 ± 2,4 years; 28 boys). There were no significant differences between groups with regard to mean age (p = 0,598) and gender proportion (p = 0,324). Olfactory testing (threshold and identification) used the Sniffin' Sticks test. Odor pleasantness was assessed on a 5-point scale using the Identification part of the Sniffin' Sticks test. The severity of autistic psychopathology was measured by the Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS). Participants with ASD, in comparison with healthy controls, were significantly impaired relative to odor detection thresholds (6,3 ± 3,1 vs. 7,9 ± 2,0; p = 0,025). Autistic participants were significantly better in correctly identifying the odor of an orange (94 vs. 63%; p < 0,05) and significantly worse at correctly identifying the odor of cloves (40 vs. 74%; p < 0,05). Marketing communication of the SKLH Žďár nad Sázavou sports club

Title: Marketing communication of the SKLH Žďár nad Sázavou sports club Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a plan to improve the marketing communication of SKLH Žďár nad Sázavou for the season 2020/2021. This plan is based on an analysis of the actual marketing communication of the sports club. The partial objective of this bachelor thesis is to assess the actual marketing communication of the club. Methods: For assess of the current marketing communication were used qualitative methods. The main research methods used were analysis of documents, social sites and websites, observation and structured interview with the sport manager of the ice hockey club. Results: The result of this bachelor thesis is a plan to improve marketing communication of SKLH Žďár nad Sázavou for the season 2020/2021. From the 2020/2021 season, the club will have a defined target group and also its goals for this season. They will mainly use social networks and websites to communicate with their fans. Public relations and sales promotion will be the most used tools of their communication mix. The whole plan was created so that the club would not incur any new financial costs. New approaches to the diagnosis of autism.

Objectives: Within the last decade there has been growing emphasis on early diagnosis of autism. It has been proved, that early diagnosis of autism followed by an appropriate intensive intervention lead to the reduction of autistic psychopathology and significant improvement of the child's prognosis. Efforts to identify children at risk of autism as early as possible resulted in the development of many screening tools and some new diagnostic methods that could be used even before the age of two years. Despite many attempts of the researchers worldwide, we still lack general agreement on the optimal screening method. Abnormal sensory symptoms have a specific position among the early signs of autism. Difficulties with sensory processing have been associated with autism since it was first defined as a diagnosis; nevertheless evaluation of sensory symptoms is under-represented in autism screening tools. There has been a long lasting debate whether sensory symptoms are a component of core autistic deficits or a co-morbid phenomenon, however, new version of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) has already included sensory dysfunction among the diagnostic criteria of Autism Spectrum Disorder. Variability of somatic development of children with ADHD

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is one of the most commonly diagnosed childhood psychiatric disorders, with prevalence 5 - 10 % in general population. This developmental disordes is manifested in every part of children's behavior and it is characterized by inadequate level of attention, excessive activity and impulsivity. ADHD is a complex disorder influenced by genetic and environmental factors, characterized by variol symptomatology, etiology and heterogeneous development. It is a model disorder for combination of interaction of genetic, neurobiological and environmental factors. The aim of the presented study was to describe the variability of somatic development of ADHD children. The main aim wass to analyze the growth of medicated and non-medicated ADHD children compared with population norms. Partial question is to identify factors which may be conneted with these changes, e. g. specific life style of this group. Prospective, randomized comparison of efficacy of antidepressant monotherapy and combinations of antidepressants in the treatment of patients with resistant depression

Background: Approximately 60% of patients respond to first antidepressant treatment trial. Combination of antidepressants (CAD) is the strategy that is often used to overcome resistance to treatment in depressive patients. The aim of the study: This randomized, 6-week, open label study compared efficacy of CAD and antidepressant monotherapies (ADM) that had been chosen according to clinical judgment of the attending psychiatrist in the treatment of patients suffering from resistant depression. Methods: A total of 60 inpatients (intent-to-treat analysis) with major depressive disorder diagnosed according to Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of American Psychiatric Asociation, 4th revision (≥ 1 unsuccessful antidepressant treatment) were randomly assigned to the interventions.
