Application of modern human resesources management methods to Czech company culture

We set a goal for our thesis to map possibilities of application of modern human resources management methods under the Czech companies circumstances. We wanted to critically evaluate the reasonons for different level of the final status. This thesis deals in it's first part with theory of modern human resource management. Using available Czech and foreign literature it analysis various areas of human resource management such as resource planning, recruitment of personnel, personnel development, work satisfaction and work behavior. The works devotes one of its chapters to very importatnt area of a copany culture along with employer - employee relationship. At the end of theoretical section is presented specification of human resources management results measurement. In the practical section of the thesis are detaildly elaborated two case studies of multinational companies documented by several appendices in original version as it is used by the respectiv companies. The results are furthermore verified at ten other multinational companies. With these companies a probe by a questionnaire specificaly designed by the autor to suit the needs of this thesis was carried out.

Survey of the level of satisfaction in social services. Work-related satisfaction is a vast and complex social and psychological category. It has be studied since 30 Th ofthe last century. A wide range of internal and external factors inf1uences the level of work-related satisfaction of an individual. Among internal factors there are: age, gender, marital status, education, length of professional career, but also professional level, identification with the content of the work, current life situation, expectation etc. External factors incorporate: financial reward, working atmosphere, style of leadership, physical conditions etc .. Work-related satisfaction consists ofthe overall work-related level of satisfaction and of the level of satisfaction with individual areas of work. Key personnel skills development of pharmaceutical managers

Graduation thesis Key Personnel Skills Development of Pharmaceutical Managers concentrates on the development of knowledge, skills and attitudes of managers, in accordance with current requirements and demands which they have to cope with, such as flexibility of thinking, innovation, managerial, leadership and soft skills enhancement, changes in the organizational culture. Theoretical part is related to the analysis of particular educational program, which concentrates on the skill development of pharmaceutical company managers, and also consists of a questionnaire survey related to the practical use of the developed social skills. Acquired data were consequently used for program update recommendation and validation of the overall strategie concept of managerial education in Zentiva.
Problem of equal opportunities

In my bachelor thesis I deal with the issue of equal opportunities, because I take it that the current period is a kind of milestone in the understanding of a democratic society. And not only in understanding but also in the realization of democratic principles. There are many topics to include equal opportunities, therefore, I focus primarily on gender and women both in society and the labor market or in the education sector. In the first chapter I explain essential concepts and terminology bases important for further understanding of the text. Subsequently, I approximate to the theories of specific forms of discrimination and other parts I focus on the development of women's employment, the division of roles in traditional and contemporary family, career and family and their mutual harmonization of such company with nurseries or by promoting active fatherhood. The aim of this bachelor work is to highlight the shortcomings of Czech society and it is also to offer the possibility of leading to equal opportunities as a basic building article democratic society in the form of various types of condensed time jobs or new management trends such as age management and diversity management.

The theme of this bachelor thesis is an individual's career and its development and a broad variety of areas which affect it. The first parts of this thesis are concentrated on clarifying the term career and introducing multiple views on the present term. Further, the thesis concentrates on the development of an individual's career, the stages of this development and also several theories concerning personality features of an individual in relation to their profession. This thesis also concentrates on contemporary career concepts which, contrary to the traditional career concepts, flexibly react to the constantly changing environment and new arising needs in this area. Another theme of this thesis is career planning, either by the individual or by an organisation within the process of career management. In its final chapters, this thesis concentrates on career counselling and its great contribution to the area of individuals' careers when searching for a professional specialisation or when further developing a career.

The main topic of this thesis is gender - the search for context creation and developments. Seeks to identify the causes and context of unequal access to the men and women in our society. Through education, trying to find possible ways of solving this problem. The work clarifies the basic concepts, the formation of gender, gender stereotypes. Socialization is here understood as a lifelong process during which gender shapes. Furthermore, attempts to bring the role of the school and school system, which maintains social inequality. The school is regarded as an institution that tensions while favorably strengthening an individual's gender identity. It also describes the legislative framework should provide outlook, but also ensure equal access of men and women to education. Further clarifying the concepts, objectives and functions of adult education, especially from the perspective of women. Outlines the problems and obstacles that women often face in trying to educate. This bachelor work pays attention to the phenomena of motivation and job satisfaction. Approach to this problem involves both the psychological aspect and the aspect associated with managing people in an organization. The theoretical background consists of general knowledge about human motivation, work motivation, how to influence the motivation of people in the work process. Work also deals with job satisfaction and its determinants. Deals with the relationship of motivation and satisfaction of the manifestations of work behavior, especially the stability and work performance of employees. The work presents an overview of techniques for job satisfaction and is the employee satisfaction survey, which was implemented in 2009 by reference organization on which realization I had participated as trainne. of personnel department. Effective leadership

In my bachelor thesis I describe problems of effective leadership in organization in relation with organization's objectives filling. I focus here on main principles of leadership process. I characterize process of leadership and personality of leader, who is active executor of this process in organization. The effective leadership is here evaluated mainly from organization theory point of view and in relation with requirements to management, especially its relation with leadership and its development. I consider motivation and motivation theories as well. The objective of this work is summarization of present opinions and approaches to problems of leadership and creation theoretical base for deeper understanding of these problems under perfonnance of personnel management in organization.
