The Demands of the Profession Prison Officer with a Focus on Coping with Stress

The Diploma thesis deals with the issue of stress and load at the prison officers. In the theoretical part are described the stress and load concepts, we deal with the coping of the load situations, the issue of load and stress in the work environment and specifically in the group of the prison officers too. The aim of the Diploma's thesis is to map the specifics in coping with stress in this group of the people. For this purpose were used three questionnaires - SVF 78, OSI-R and a self-construction questionnaire. The collected data are statistically analyzed and the obtained results are subsequently interpreted. The work output are the recommendations for the practice that could help with the elimination of the most common stress sources, the prison officers faced at work. Legal aspects of appellation of quality, origin and tradition of groceries in the Czech Republic and in other EU countries

in English This thesis creates a complex overview of quality marks used on food in the Czech food market both strictly Czech and originated in the EU legislation as well as decribes the procedure of their creation, legal forms of use and control system. It discusses their legal basis in international law, European law and Czech law and their legal aspects mainly in industrial property law and food and agriculture law. It then compares and contrasts the legal base with the Austrian legislation and analyzes the differences and simmilarities in these two countries and also evaluates its social context. The aim of this thesis is also to clarify the term 'quality'as understood by each of the quality marks and hence on to devide these marks into different categories.
Evaluation of complex geographic excursion - Vinařická horka using a tablet

The thesis analyses data from both qualitative and quantitative research on the positives and negatives of field education with tablets. An indispensable part is an assessment of the premise that education with tablets affects the attitudes of pupils to geography (whether positively or negatively) and to natural sciences in general. The thesis further summarises important ideas of students and teachers in primary and secondary schools. The conclusion evaluates whether the current emphasis of the media on the inclusion of tablets into education is justified.
Development of Motor Skills of Primary School Children Assessed by the Test of the School Readines

The purpose of my research was to determine the level of motor skills and school readiness in preschool and primary school children. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part deals with development of motor skills, school maturity and characteristics of preschool and primary school period. Practical part includes the results of testing fine motor skills and rough motor ability using the assesment of the test of the school readiness. The results for children of different age were mutually compared and then compared with professional literature. Key words: Motor skills, motor development, school readiness
My Favourite Hero

This thesis is considering the definition of a hero in interesting contexts of different historical periods. It monitors preferences and changes. It gives examples of some heroes, idols and celebrities. Analyzes different identification of favorite heroes by children 7-11 years old at the primary school. It identifies from where the children know their favorite hero and which hero is mentioned by most children. The work shows the possibility of the topic "popular hero" at the school practice.
Development of kinetic habits and skills within Prague schools children

The aim of my thesis was to create motor tests and to chose individuals, who did these tests, according to different criteria. My thesis consists of a theoretical part and practical part. In the theoretical part, I have summarised the issues of physical activity and other related topics. In the practical part I have used a testing method. After carrying out the tests with selected individuals I analysed the results. I compared them with specialized literature (see Měkota) and evaluated them, whether they correspond or not with the correct motor development of children in various motor skills ( strength, speed, endurance, dexterity and agility).
