Education and Perspectives of the Youth and Adults with Intellectual Disabilities in Employment

This thesis "Educational and occupational perspektive of adolescents and adult people with disabilities" outlines the educational system for the people with disabilites, their employment and work placement options. Characteristics of the Waldorf Elementary and High school points out specialities and attitudes of the Waldofr's pedagogy and anthroposophic view towards the people with disabilities with the aim to present its implication on the posibilities of the people with disabilities on the following education and work placement. The outcome of the questionaire placed in Waldorf elementary and high school reflects the assertion of graduates after leaving the school, interviews with teachers of practical traning and the head of the workshop Jinan. The aim of this thesis is to emphasizes the importance of education and work placement for the people with disabilities, necessary in order to cultivate and enrich their lives.

Projects of environmental education at a preliminary class

of THESIS The aim of the thesis "Projects of environmental education at a preliminary class" is to point to more effective ways leading to better integration of children coming of socioculturally disadvantaging environment to an education process by means of environmental education projects. The theoretical part of this thesis, issuing from the expert literature, deals with upbringing and education of pupils at the preliminary class of the special primary school, with general rules of creating/carrying out projects. The applied part includes the concrete elaborated projects. The observation is focused on analysis of importance of concrete activities accomplished within the projects for asuccessful participation of the target group in the education process.

This thesis is focused on waldorf education, full name of this thesis is Specificity during the educational process at the Primary and secondary waldorf school. In this work I focus on waldorf education, waldorf school and specificities, that this alternative school system gives us. Next, I am focused on the only waldorf school in Czech republic, which is specialized on children with special educational needs and I try to show its differences from common waldorf school. The final part of my thesis belongs to practical illustration of lesson about flowers as I designed and used it during my own teaching at this type of school. The Problem of Patients Hospitalized in a Long-term Illness Ward

This thesis is about problematic of inpatients in long - term medical care institution. Theoretical part of this work focuses on environment and structure of this institution and composition of patients in these specialized institutions. There is speaking about specific of somatic and psychical problems of these patients. Practical part of this work introduces us anamnesis of some inpatients. There is focus on about kinds of correction methods and types of therapies for this patients and it include methods of testing, which are finding out the level of chosen abilities of every patient.

Increasing the quality of life of people with mental disorders

Theoretical part of the thesis is focused on adult with mental disorders and possibilities of increasing the quality of his life through the meaningful spending of leisure time. This thesis also describes facility Studio Oaza which offers leisure activities for people with mental disorders. Practical part of the thesis contains description of particular seasons of Studio Oaza from its establisment with aspects to tutors, clients, and even to auxiliary activity club sessions. Problems of education and possible socialization of individuals with mental disability to current legislation is analyzing in this desertation work. Basic ideas, characteristic of problems and development of care are mentioned in theoretical part. One of the chapters take historical moments of this problem. Practical part is made as case study, which follows partial family with handicapped child. Case study deal with involment of child to education and record his/her education to current day. Photography and the world of a man with mental handicap

Photography and the world of a man with mental handicap In the thesis submitted herein, I focus on photography as a hobby of people with mental handicap, as well as, as means of their self-expression and communication with society. I deal with the basics of leisure time, life-long education and photography. Further, I present an example of a currently running life-long educational project for people with mental handicap and, as well, my own project supported by EU youth program funds. As an enclosure, there is a selection of pictures of students of a life-long educational program With Camera To a Knowledge.

The aim of this thesis is to get a view into the problematics of pedagogical assistants within the educational system of the Czech Republic in the period between the years 2005 and now. It is focused on defining the concept of who is and who is not a pedagogical assistant, their utilization within the educational system, content of their work and conditions under which they work, on obstacles emerging in connection with this profession and last but not least on the status and function of the pedagogical assistant within the legislative framework. Development of educational programmes in primary special schools

The thesis deals with the subject of development of the school education programmes in the special schools. In the theoretical part I write about the conception of education, outline the history of the legislation of Czech educational system and in more detail I concentrate on the way to the new school statute. Further I describe the changes related with the new school statute and with the development of the school educational programmes. The practical part results from the inquiry at the special schools. Information is obtained through the medium of questionnaries from pedagogues, co-ordinators of the development of the schools educational programmes and headmasters of the special schools and predicate about their foreknowledge, understanding and the attitude to this dilemma.
