Educational needs of kindergarten's headmasters at different stages of their careers

The bachelor thesis deals with educational needs of kindergarten headmasters in different stages of their professional practice and with opportunities of further education for these workers. Considering the scope of the topic, this broad subject is narrowed down to the kindergarten headmasters in the region of Ústí nad Labem and training opportunities in the region. The theoretical part is based on technical literature applicable laws and regulations, various internet sources and also on our own experience. The basis for the research part was a questionnaire survey and its subsequent evaluation. The work gives an insight into the diversity of educational needs of kindergarten headmasters at the beginning of their professional practice and in the end of it. It also answers the question, whether there is sufficient offer of further education even for workers with years of experience in management of kindergartens. Headmaster after ten years, new inspiration

I am interested in the problematics of the professional career of the experienced school headmasters who have been at their work position for more than 10 years in my final bachalor's thesis. I am concerned about headmasters from different types of schools, with different number of pupils and students as well as different region of work. The goal was to create the file of the most often occurance of motivation factors and of inspirational sources of that target group. My work is based on all involved conditions, in which these people perform their job. It comes out the requests, which are laid on them and out of expectation which is closely connected to this sort of demanding job. The work reveals the most common motivational factors and inspirational sources of experienced headmasters through the qualitative empirical research and through the oriented method of life history. Furthermore it releases them in the particular context. At the same time it brings the knowledge about the importance of motivational factors and inspiration from the perspective of headmasters of schools themselves. Way the Establishers Perceive the Amendment to the Educational Law

This bachelor's thesis is based on the Amendment to the Educational Law. The result of which is the six year office term for headmasters and the open competition process that is an essential part of it. The main focus of the thesis is to find out the reasons behind the open competition process, why or why not it was declared, as well as how the six year term is accepted in the Liberec district. The theory describes the steps in the process of the open competition, the role of the establisher, the of the headmaster and his responsibilities as a leading figure in the education system. The practical part reflects the results of the research. This bachelor theses focuses on the research of the teacher's attitudes towards several issues such as introducing professional standards, new carreer structure of teacher's and it's supporting systems. It has been created on the bases of theoretical resources and the research among teachers of kindergartens, elementary schools and high schools in Moravskoslezský and Středočeský region. The theoretical part provides a summary of the current state of teacher evaluation, proffesional standards, a preparation of the teacher's carrer structure and their supporting systems. The empirical part contains the results and analysis of the research that was carried out with teachers of kindergartens, elementary schools and high schools in Moravskoslezský and Středočeský region. The aim of the research is to determine the current opinions and attitudes of teachers of all ages and from different types of schools to the emerging professional standards, career structure and their supporting systems. Findings from this research can be used in school management for controlling changes that are planned since 2015. This bachelor's thesis studies criteria of the choice of the school's headmaster's closest colleague, or more specifically, a deputy headmaster in a kindergarten and the primary schools in Benešov. It investigates the criteria used by the headmasters, and whether personal, or rather professional qualities are preferred in the selection. A qualitative research conducted in form of a case study shows that the addressed respondents had certain criteria they used to choose a competent and experienced co-worker on the position of deputy headmaster because good decision in this matter is very important for them. Materials obtained during the interviews showed how big the responsibility of the deputy is, how much work they need to do and how important for the headmaster they are. On the Road to the School Uniform

This work describes a practical and easy way to grasp the steps that must be taken at state (public) elementary school in implementing school uniforms, which are becoming essential tool changes the quality of school culture. Also briefly summarizes the theoretical background and the history of school uniforms not only in Czech Republic but in part also abroad. Submitted known reasons for and against the introduction of school uniforms in elementary schools. It gives examples of public opinion and the impact of the introduction of school uniforms for the first public elementary school in Prague in 2012. His research reveals opinions of a variety of head teachers of primary schools in Prague on the possible introduction of school uniforms in schools it administers. Nursery governance regulations from the viewpoints of the nursery and the child's legal guardian

The final thesis of the Bachelor's degree course deals with the issue of nursery governance regulations and their importance and impact on the parents and the nursery. One of the objectives of the study is the utility of the governance regulations both for the nursery and for the legal guardian. The thesis also investigates in what situations and to what extent the legal guardian utilizes the regulations and in what situations the regulations are utilized by the nursery. The theoretical part deals with the legislative aspects of the governance regulations. The research part is based on findings made amongst a group of nursery headmistresses and children's legal guardians and on the analysis of a selected group of the specific governance regulations. The conclusions open up a view on one of the most important documents available to the nursery headmasters and headmistresses.

M-learning in further education of pedagogical employees

The thesis is dealing with possibilities of m-learning in further education of pedagogical employees at schools of all levels. The author of the thesis explores the basis of findings from expert literature, what possibilities mobile technologies offer in further education of pedagogical employees and which of these technologies pedagogues use most. The author also points out the advantages, the disadvantages and the barriers, which have impact on using mobile products in further education. The thesis includes the research which factors have impact on m-learning in further education of pedagogical employees. In the final part of the thesis the author sums up all her findings and gives recommendations for educational practice.
Mentoring of School

This thesis describes a method for the introduction of mentoring in schools. Mentoring is presented in this thesis as a possible concept of co-operation of teacher and student. In the theoretical part of thesis are defined pedagogy and didactics as the primary areas in which to carry out basic educational processes in which there is a development of the human personality. Basic educational processes in this thesis are understood as education and training and the primary outcome of these educational processes is competence. The area of education is described by educational targets, principles and forms, resources, processes and activities. The teacher and the student are actors in the educational process. Another area of theoretical part of the work is the definition and description of mentoring as a possible tool in educational practice.
