Service quality in consumer's credit branch

The diploma thesis deals with consumer's credit grants of banking and non-banking corporations and comparison of their service quality. The first part of research is dedicated to consumer's knowledge of credit issues. Second describes main difficulties of consumer's credit grants of banking and non-banking corporations and proves their use of unfair manners. The final part of thesis propose improvements, which will boost consumer's protection on field of consumer's credits.
The quality of yoghurts in the Czech market

In my work I deal with yoghurts, especially their production, history, legislative. The aim of my work is to explore preferences and values of young people. I concentrated on university students, their consumption of yoghurts and their quality demands. My analysis is based on questionaires and I worked out the graphs which avaluate the students answers.
Consumer protection in health service

This Bachelor's degree thesis focuses on drug aproval process in the Czech Republic and researches consumer's awareness about this process. Before active substance becomes a drug and gets to a consumer who needs its effects it has to go through a long process which begins with research and which continues through clinical studies, drug aproval and various logistical chanels. There is a process of marketing authorisation on nationally authorised medicinal products described at this thesis. Practical part of this thesis deals with a research done. The purpose of research was to find out the level of awareness of consumers about the process of drug aproval and other matters that are conected to marketing authorisaton process as package leaflet, labelling and pharmacovigilance.
The Protection of Consumers in the Czech Health Service

The Bachelor thesis delas with the protection of consumers in the Czech health service. The firs part of the thesis is focused on rights and responsibilities of consumers and its legislation. There are also mentioned concrete rights in the Czech health service. The goal of the thesis is to discover the level of the respondents' knowledge about rights of patiens in the Czech health service. With the goal deals the second part of the thesis. There is used a research about the knowledge about patients'rights. In conlusion are proposed ways how to inform patiens about their rights based on the research.

The thesis focuses on nutrition of preschool children. It describes quality as a set of attributes such as health safety, usage features and nutrition value. Special accent is set on legal aspects of food quality and boarding at kindergarten. The thesis also dealis with bio groceries and their implementation in children's meals. A position of consumers to healthy nutrition of preschool children and bio groceries is evaluated by a survey.

It shows which information is required on packaging to indicate and the work also explains the data.Also questionnaire survey was conducted, which was used to determine consumer interest in the information presented and their use. The practical part of this work consists of evaluation research.
Quality improvement in client feedback process in Ceska sporitelna, a.s.

The purpose of this diploma thesis is the fact that Ceska sporitelna a.s. doesn't succeed in fulfilling of the standard to solve 80 % of client feedback by 24 hours. The goal of this diploma thesis named "Quality improvement in client feedback process in Ceska sporitelna, a.s." is to define problem spaces of the client feedback process which are necessary to improve. At the beginning there is an explanation of some terms which are connected with a quality. Consequently there are mentioned certain methods of continuous improvement such as PDCA, Six sigma and so on. In practical part there is described contemporary client feedback process, they are introduced results of my own research and suggested ideas for improvement.
The role of certified management systems in construction companies

The Main objectives is to identify the primary reasons for the introduction of normative control systems (quality, environment and safety healty at work) in building companies in the Czech Republic. Milestones are then evaluate the benefits of these systems and their explanatory power. Further part of work describes the historical background of the sub-systems of management, legislative and regulatory framework, which is governed by these systems and briefly outlines the theoretical aspects, namely the principals and the management systems. The aim of this work is planting problems of this systems in the broader context and open discussion on the topic explanatory power of certificates of conformity to relevant standards.
Quality of rail transport services

This bachelor's thesis deals with the quality of passenger rail services in Czech Republic and suggests possible improvements. The first part describes the main concepts, information about rail services and providers. The practical part begins with the practical application of Ishikawa's diagram, it continues with an analysis of the filled in questionnaires and in the last section suggestions for improvement are defined, which are mainly based on the questionnaire.
