Tato práce je zaměřena na ochranu spotřebitelů, konkrétně na označování potravin. Uvádí, které údaje je povinné na obalech uvádět a také se zabývá vysvětlením těchto údajů. Zároveň byl prováděn dotazníkový výzkum, který sloužil ke zjištění zájmu spotřebitelů o uváděné informace a jejich využívání. Praktickou část této práce tvoří vyhodnocení výzkumu. This work is focused on consumer protection especially on food labelling. It shows which information is required on packaging to indicate and the work also explains the data.Also questionnaire survey was conducted, which was used to determine consumer interest in the information presented and their use. The practical part of this work consists of evaluation research.
