Mentoring of School

This thesis describes a method for the introduction of mentoring in schools. Mentoring is presented in this thesis as a possible concept of co-operation of teacher and student. In the theoretical part of thesis are defined pedagogy and didactics as the primary areas in which to carry out basic educational processes in which there is a development of the human personality. Basic educational processes in this thesis are understood as education and training and the primary outcome of these educational processes is competence. The area of education is described by educational targets, principles and forms, resources, processes and activities. The teacher and the student are actors in the educational process. Another area of theoretical part of the work is the definition and description of mentoring as a possible tool in educational practice. Strategic Management Education. Comparison of educational policies of the main political parties and the impact of these policies on the creation of an education strategy

The final essay concerns itself with the issue of creating strategic material for educational development in the Czech Republic on the basis of possible consensus of the major political forces in the country. This work's goal is formulating aspects of the strategy, which could be accepted by the major political forces and is therefore possible to predict its embracement and realistic execution. Formulation of these cycles comes from a conducted comparison of the various political party programs, which received more than 1.5% of votes in the 2013 parliamentary elections. The comparison's result will be further equated with the document of the MŠMT The Main directions of the educational policy until year 2020. Based on which, problems will be formulated and through their solution, a consensus can be expected, which will therefore become the basis for future strategies of the development of Czech education. The work's results bring possibilities of utilisation, by the ongoing discussions about the strategy of education, which will be usable in the deliberations between representatives of political parties and other subjects working on the creation of the strategy. Evaluation criteria for the evaluation of director of a house for children and youth

The subject of the thesis Evaluation criteria for the evaluation of directors of houses for children and youth is an analysis of the current status of the evaluation process directors by founders of houses for children and youth (DDM). The aim of this thesis is to determine how the assessment is carried out DDM founder of directors, including the sources, methods and criteria that are used in the evaluation. My fundamental goal by this thesis: To determine whether the results of the evaluation are used in the further development directors DDM and whether the directors and founders believe that the evaluation of the founder directors is necessary for improving the quality of DDM. The theoretical part deals with the definition houses for children and youth, director DDM, founder DDM, staff evaluation and training and development. In the practical part of the research - descriptive type of research, conducted through questionnaires on the basis of three hypotheses. Conclusion the paper provides an overview of the current condition.
Delegation of Activities at Elementary School Central Management

This bachelor thesis - Delegation of Activities at Elementary School Central Management - deals with school management. It is based on the model of company management, which divides management into three levels. The main attention is paid to middle management, particularly to the methodical authorities at elementary school, respectively to its senior executives; this work traces their status, roles, performed activities, required competencies. The theme of the work is based on the belief that although nowadays headmasters are overburdened with administrative tasks and have difficulty in fulfilling all the aspects and roles that are given to them by the leading functions, delegation of their powers and thus the potential of their teaching staff is not used effectively for various reasons.
Position of preparatory classes in the Czech system of education

The focus of the presented bachelor thesis is the position of preparatory classes in the Czech system of education. The thesis also tries to answer whether the aim of the existing preparatory classes is in accordance with their legislative anchoring in the Education Act. The work primarily focuses on preparatory classes in the view of their organizational incorporation into the system of education of the Czech Republic with respect to meeting the objectives and outcomes of education. It offers an outline of historical development of preparatory classes in the Czech Republic and a survey of foreign systems of education, all this with the intention of comparing what measures are taken in different countries to prepare children for compulsory education. The main objective of the work is to offer insight into existing preparatory classes and into their role in the Czech system of education. This is based on a survey among stakeholders responsible for the form of these preparatory classes - school administration, establisher of the school, parents of pre-school children attending these classes. Comparison of the results of final examinations graduates of grammar schools

Final thesis works with the topic of multi-year grammar schools. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with secondary grammar schools and their characteristics, the eight-year grammar school as a traditional form of multi-year grammar school, its conception of study and the results of international and national research related to them. It also describes the basic features of the school system in the Central Bohemian Region with regard to grammar school education. The empirical part is a quantitative content analysis of the record sheets and proceedings of final examinations of 12 grammar schools in the Central Bohemian Region, which compares and evaluates the success of graduates of eight-year grammar schools in the state school-leaving examinations in comparison with graduates of four-year grammar schools in the Central Bohemian Region in 2013. ICT and security in elementary art schools

This bachelor thesis identifies and defines the security threats for the personal, property, and information safety management by the means of ICT in primary art schools. The manuscript describes processes of security control and risk management, principles of information security guidance according to the ISO/IEC 27000 standard and some of the security system technical designs. The security of electronic data and benefits or drawbacks of information system and data network utilization are also discussed. For better orientation in the topic and to simplify the decission process, an explaination of particular technological principles is provided. The research part of this work is focused on the means of security currently used by primary art schools, the effectivenness of such tools, and the plans for future instalation of new technology. Further, the state of the computer and cable network security in primary art schools is studied with the emphasis on the strength of account password and the password making policy. Finally, the means of wireless network protection, principles of data back-up, and remote desktop work safety are investigated.
