The bachelor thesis deals with a business plan. It focuses on a processing of a business plan for the establishment of a new private pharmacy in Moravany u Brna. The thesis contains theoretical knowledge concerning the basic concepts related to the business plan. Subsequently, these terms are applied in the practical part, which deals with the creation of a real business plan with the calculation of costs for its implementation and subsequent economic evaluation.
Midnight Patient ... or Les Espions Henri-Georges Clouzot

The paper deals with the novel The Midnight Patient by the Czech writer Egon Hostovský and the film Les Espions by the French director Henri-Georges Clouzot, which was inspired by the book. The text briefly introduces the genesis of the film, deals with the comparison of the novel and the film, and focuses on the reception of the film and its critical acceptance especially in French culture.
Knowledge of Pupils Secondary School in the Area of Selected Zoonoses

The subject of the dissertation deals with the secondary school pupil's awareness of zoonoses. Zoonoses are the diseases transmited from animals to human beings. Those are one of the topics of biology study currently. The main aim of the dissertation is theoretical definition of the matter in the first place. For knowledge testing have been chosen these four illness: Toxoplasmosis, Lyme boreliossis, Rabies and Creuzfeldt-Jakobo disease. With these chosen illness the main research goal is to provide a comprehensive collection of information about the details such as disease transfer, spread of the disease, disease development, cure and avoidance. The research part of the dissertation tries to find out the extent of knowledge about the chosen kinds of zoonoses among the pupils at specialized secondary schools. As a tool of quantitative research has been used a pupil's didactic test. As based on the evaluated results we may say that the pupil's knowledge at explored schools is relatively satisfactory.
Evaluation of musculoskeletal disorders in pianists

Title: Evaluation of musculoskeletal disorders in pianists Background: Musculoskeletal (MS) disorders are common in pianists. Allsop and Ackland (2010) in their study describe that pianists suffer from MS disorders in 42 %. However, the prevalence of MS disorders differs depending on the region. There has not been done yet any evaluation of prevalence of MS disorders in pianists in Czech republic. This evaluation is crutial to make a comparison of our national results internationally. Furthermore, it is required to establish well-prepared preventional program for starting pianists. Aims: The purpose of this study is to evaluate prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders in pianists. Methods: Our data were collected using questionnaire survey. We distributed questionnaires among czech profesional pianists, piano teachers, and piano students by emails who were older than 18. Results: We sent 390 questionnaires by emails and received 78 of them completed. We revealed that the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders of all respondents was 72 %. The prevalence was the highest in the group of the age from 18 to 60 reaching 90 %. The most common locality of musculoskeletal disorder was in the forearm. Development of communication abilities in premature infants

The presented thesis deals with the topic of development of communication abilities in preterm infants from the perspective of special education. The thesis is for clarity divided into several parts. In the first part of the text the issue of incidence of premature births in the Czech Republic is discussed, following subsections are devoted to the definition and distribution of characteristics bonding with immaturity of child and approach selected health problems associated with postpartum adaptation and subsequent psychomotor development of child. The following chapter which analyzes the system of care for premature newborns in the Czech Republic focuses on two forms of care, acute care and followed-up. Next part has been devoted to issue of premature infants from logopedical perspective and describes the physiological process of development of communication abilities of child and based on current knowledge, especially foreign research, analyzes the peculiarities of speech development of preterm infants. The last and key part of the work, based on case studies, analyzes the specifics of development of communication abilities of four originally extremely and very preterm children of multiple pregnancies in the background of the their overall psychomotor development. Marketing research of massage course absolvents' satisfaction in Dexter Academy

Title: Marketing research of massage course absolvents' satisfaction in Dexter Academy. Objectives: The main goal of this thesis is to acquire the valuation of massage school courses and services in DexterAcademy from the absolvents of these courses. The valuation is acquired by the research of absolvents' satisfaction, which is one of the main goals of this thesis. Another goal is to present, based on the obtained information DexterAcademy suggestion that might lead to the improvement of massage school courses and services. Methods: Marketing research based on the method of written survey has been used to investigate the absolvents' satisfaction. The sampling unit is made of the absolvents of massage school courses, who were chosen at availability in time of data collection. Results: The survey evaluation has shown some deficiencies in DexterAcademy. Consequently, steps to abolish these deficiencies were designed and if followed, the absolvents' satisfaction should be improved. Toll-like receptors in bacterial infections

Diploma thesis Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Medical Laboratory Technician Aim: The aim of this diploma thesis was to determine the expression and the activation of the toll-like receptors (TLRs) 2, 4, 5 and 9 in bacterial infections by reverse transcription by real time polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) and by Western blotting (WB). Another aim was to introduce detection of TLRs in a pig by WB in the Institute of Microbiology of the ASCR, v.v.i. in Nový Hrádek. Methods: 1) Optimization of WB - extraction of proteins, protein quantification, electrophoresis, Western blotting, immunodetection of proteins. 2) Four groups of one-week- old gnotobiotic piglets: germfree as a control (GF), piglets infected with Salmonella enterica serovar Typhimurium strain LT2 (LT2), piglets infected with Escherichia coli O55 (O55) and piglets colonized with Escherichia coli Nissle 1917 (EcN). 3) RT-qPCR - purification of a total RNA, spectrophotometric RNA quantification and estimation of purity, synthesis of cDNA, RT- qPCR, normalization and relativization of real-time PCR data. Use of alternative and augmentative communication systems for people with disturbed communication ability

The presented bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the use of alternative and augmentative communication in people with impaired communication abilities. The text explained the theoretical basis of the work, including concepts: communication, communication disorder, Rett syndrome - RTT and systems of alternative and augmentative communication - AAC. The issue of RTT is processed to serve as a source of information about this rare disease. The thesis is mainly focused on AAC systems usable for people with RTT. The practical part consists of case study of girl with RTT. It analyzes the current development of the child, including her communication skills. It describes the current status of the level of communication skills, discusses progress of training the AAC system VOKS with this girl and analyzes the impact of the use of VOKS on her communication skills development.
