Title: Training and performance development of runner for basic and special phase of preparation. Objectives: Analysis of Vlastimil Šroubek's training and developement of his sport performance in basic and specialized phase of preparation will be the main objective of this bachelor thesis. Structure and content of traning process since 2003 till 2010 will be analyzed using the data taken from training's diaries. These data will be analyzed in different qualitative and quantitative parameters by method of content analysis. Results will be worked out into graphs and tables. In conlusion I will try to target my following training program with the aspect of this thesis' results. Methods: The main method used for creation of bachelor's thesis was detailed analysis of my own training diary dated since 2003 to 2010 - focused for general and special training indicators. Results: This thesis confirmed that the optimal increase of volume and intensity of load has lead to improvement of performance. An excessive increase of volume has not have a positive influence on sport performance, because it has lead to health issues. Analysis of training load of the peak level runner on the 400m hurdles

Title of the thesis: Analysis of training load runner on the 400m hurdles peak level Objectives: The aim of this work is the evaluation of general and specific training indicatorsof peak level runners in 400 meters hurdles and the influence of specific training on performance indicators and performance in the 400 meter hurdles. Determining the ideal level of intensity and volume load in the annual training cycle. Another aim of the study was the comparison of performance in support events depending on the performance on the track 400 meters hurdles. Methods: Data were obtained from individual training diaries and specific training indicators were determined by the level of intensity, interval of rest and inclusion in the annual training cycle (ATC). Results: The stagnation in 2003 was due to reduction of the volume in the main indicators of specific training. Another important factor in decreased performance on the track 400 meters hurdles was due to reduced number of repetitions during training units. The changes in the distribution of specific training indicators were found in comparison of both training cycles.. STRENGHT TRAINING AND INFLUENCING FACTORS Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to form, apply and find the influence of created workout regarding body composition changes. Methods: In this work we used bioimpedance analysis, antropomotorical measurements of muscle mass and diagnostics of previous physical experience. Results: Considering the following measurement we found out significant changes in fat mass and muscle mass ratio as well as increase of muscle mass in upper extremities. Imagination of infinity

This work deals with a basic question of modern science and it is its indefectibility. Quality of education is reduce to an evaluation of conformity to a common known knowledge and its quantity representation. Seeds of this long process go back to an ancient academia of Gondisapur established in an Arabic world. Author proclaims that the main goal of philosophy is to show, that this is not the only way of thinking and in the same time that the main goal and power of phenomenology is to apply the transcendental epoche to overcame the truth in its regularization shape. The hardcore of modern science is located in the world of mathematics and a lot of thinkers find the Math as a land of pure sureness - the core of this work in an opposite proofs, that in fact nowadays math is all, but the correct way of thinking. The two examples are explicit: the Pythagorean Theorem and the Sum of the geometric row. This work brings a quite new view on the mathematical problem of "the point" and "the nothing" as a border of things. In the second part uses as a frame of its topic the first 18 §§ of the work "Paradoxes of the infinite" by Czech mathematician of German mother tongue Bernard Bolzano. The important idea of this study is a new ontological view on the set of prime numbers.

Municipality and district like constituent of public administration reform

Thesis with title " Municipality and region like component of public administration reform" deal with transformation of municipal and regional local government in framework of public administration reform, which run in Czech republic since the year 1998. But it has been prepared since the origin of discrete Czech republic in the year 1993. Thesis deals also with history of public administration since the year 1848. We can see there a description of public administration in term of " First republic and Protectorate" and also in term when political power was takeover by communist party in year 1948. This event had for a long time impact on a form of Czech and Czechoslovak public administration, especially with establishing socalled public committee like the widest organization of labour and authority of state power and administration in regions, districts and municipalities. The base for realization of public administration reform is " Concept of public administration reform" which was put together in year 1998 by Home Office of Czech republic and advance report to this concept. In these materials were defined main points of prepared reform include main principle of reform like decentralization of state administration. Metric survey documentation of historic buildings for use in heritage management

Tato publikace přináší ucelený přehled principů a užívaných metod měřické dokumentace, seznamuje se základními pravidly terénní práce, zpracování i posuzování výsledných výstupů, poskytuje vzory základních forem dokumentace. Věnuje se však také zaměřování staveb v minulosti, používaným metodám a nástrojům. Klade si za cíl pomoci pracovníkům památkové péče kvalifikovaně formulovat požadavky na nově vznikající dokumentaci, posuzovat kvalitu odevzdávaných výstupů a v nezbytných případech také měřickou dokumentaci „svépomocí“ provádět. Architektům, stavebním inženýrům, ale zejména geodetům chce metodika přiblížit, co je z hlediska dokumentování historických staveb důležité a čím se práce v tomto kontextu odlišuje od práce v prostředí dnešní stavební produkce.
