Apartment Rent in Brno and the Influencing Factors in the Years of 2016 and 2017

The diploma thesis describes a rental market in selected localities of the city of Brno. It finds out how a rent is changing according to a location equipment and size of an apartment. The thesis acquires information about a flats from market analysis. These data are then divided into disposition categories 1+1, 1+kk, 2+1, 2+kk, 3+1, 3+kk and so on, then the data are recorded into a price map with the same rental amount per m2 of floor space and then evaluated.

TITLE: Diagnosis of communication disability for people with Parkinson s disease AUTHOR: Hana R i ková Mgr. DEPARTMENT: Special education department SUPERVISOR: Ji ina Klenková, Doc. PaedDr., PhD. ABSTRACT: The doctoral thesis deals with diagnosing communication disability for people with Parkinson s disease (PD). PD is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder associated with high occurrence of hypokinetic dysarthria (HD). The theoretical part of the thesis characterizes Parkinson s disease, weak and strong points of logopaedic diagnostics and describes HD. The empirical part of the thesis is based on quantitative research. The aims of our study were to modify test Dysarthric profile 3F to be more sensitive to mild stage of HD, to detect HD symptoms in early untreated PD patiens, to notice HD progression in retest, to objectify results of clinical evaluation by acoustic measurments and to detect subjective perception of patient s own speech. We studied people with PD and neurologically healthy control speakers. We evaluated HD in 50% PD subjects in early untreated stage of PD and in 74% PD speakers in retest. Theworkwill aim at creating a studymaterial not only for students of speech therapy but also for experts working in the field. The text will represent a summary of facts from several branches of science which relate to issues of speech therapy, namely anatomy, neurology, and physiotherapy. The work will focus on a comprehensive survey of the anatomy of the system of muscles enabling its application in individual areas of speech therapy. The work will also offer an insight into issues concerning cranial nerves and sensing. A short survey of possibilities of testing muscles and muscle groups discussed in this text will be presented.
Displays of People with Dementia in Communication Process (in Different Phases of Alzheimer Disease)

Although communication disorders belong among basic manifestations of dementia syndrom, professional speech care for people with these kinds of disorders in the Czech Republic is still just a theory. The topic of the present thesis is manifestations of people suffering from dementia in communication process - in different phases of Alzheimer's disease. A theoretical part is based on scientific publications and focuses not only on dementia and related impaired communication skills, but also on speech intervention for people with dementia (both diagnostics and therapy). The results of the reserch into the current level of communication skills of people in different phases of Alzheimer's disease, gained mainly from the analysis of video recordings of their interviews with care assistants, are presented in practical part within the framework of the problems mentioned above. The main goal of the thesis are an evaluation of the data according to individual areas of communication and drawing conclusions for better utilization of sustentative communication potential of people suffering from dementia. Reeducation of auditive perception for pre-school children

The topic of this work is creation of a group programme for pre-school children which deals with re- education of auditory perception subareas. Within the theoretical section the areas which belong to the auditory perception are described. It also concerns the diagnostics of auditory perception, difficulties within this area, and the re-education. The practical section describes the group programme for pre-school children as a programme of auditory perception development in detail. Gained data are compared, and resultant material is analyzed. AUDITIVE PERCEPTION BY PRE-SCHOOL CHILDREN

Subject matter of the diploma thesis is an analysis certain areas of auditive perception by pre-school children. Concretely, the matters of the thesis are syllable analysis, synthesis, auditive discrimination, rhymes, sound analysis, synthesis and handling in phonetic word structure. In this diploma thesis I have focused my attention to the problems of auditive perception in specified intact group of pre-school aged children before their entry to compulsory school attendance. Base for the study are pieces of knowledge from related list of resources. The conclusions this survey are based on quantitative assay of children in day nursery school. Equal opportunities in selected Structual Funds of the European Union

The main topic of this thesis is the issue of utilising EU Structural Funds in the Czech Republic in establishing equal opportunities for women and men. In particular, it studies the coverage of this issue in selected Operational Programmes of the Czech Republic and the actual status of its enfrocement. The theoretic part of the thesis defines the general term of equal opportunities form women and men and related issues. It briefly specifies the principal international and Czech legal documents covering this topic. Following this general overview the paper provides characteristics of EU Structural Funds and subsequently Operational Programmes in the Czech Republic. The empiric part of the thesis is dividend into two sections. The first one focuses on the comparison of priorities in selected Operational Programmes during the previous and current programme period in term sof equal opportunities, in particular, on changes related to priorities in the area of equal opportunities. The intention is to obtain information about the content or shifts in the content of the Operational Programmes and their rhetoric. Rehabilitation stay as mean of complex care with people with Parkinson disease

The thesis is focused on recondition stays, which are a part of complex care about people with an acquired neurodegenerative disease. The target group is people with Parkinson's disease, which belongs to the group of diseases of extrapyramidal system. The thesis aims at mapping of recondition stays organizes by "Parkinson" organization. It focuses on the filed of organization, preparation, process and final evaluation of the stays. A special chapter deals with legopedical care included in the complex therapy provided to the participant of the stays. In this work I attempt to compare the knowledge obtained from literature and practical experience. Conclusions of the thesis are based on a quantitative research on participants of two recondition stays.
