Personnel Marketing of Non-profit Organizations

The bachelor's thesis elaborates on the issue of personnel marketing and its application in the practice of non-governmental non-profit organizations. The bachelor's thesis aims to analyze personnel marketing in non-governmental nonprofit organizations with a focus on recruitment and stabilization of employees. The work focuses on the basic characteristics, purpose and typology of nonprofit organizations, and describes their personnel management and marketing. Attention is paid to personnel marketing and its characteristics, development, significance and connection with the employer's brand. The application of the marketing mix to personnel management is described, as well as external and internal personnel marketing of non-governmental non-profit organizations is described, including a description of realized personnel activities and the tools used. Employee Benefits as an Important Component of Employee Remuneration of Generation Y

1 Abstract The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze employee benefits from the point of view of generation Y, for whom they represent an important component of the remuneration of workers in the organization. Attention is paid to employee benefits in the remuneration system and their relationship to other remuneration components. Furthermore, employee benefits, their types, delivery systems and the connection with the care of workers are characterized, including a reflection of trends in their delivery. The thesis further deals with the problematics of generations of workers on the labor market, with a focus on the specifics of Generation Y, and based on a search of research from the international and Czech environment, the employment benefits that are the most attractive from the point of view of this generation are identified. Part of the thesis is a quantitative survey carried out in the form of online questionnaires. Building an Employer's Brand on Social Networks

The bachelor thesis aims to analyse the factors contributing to building a strong employer brand on social networks. The thesis deals with the importance of the employer's brand, strategic management of organizations and their personnel strategy as important tools of competitive advantage. Attention is paid to corporate culture, its determinants and changes in the digital world, as corporate culture has an important role in building the employer's brand. Furthermore, the area of personnel marketing and its tools for recruiting and stabilizing employees is addressed, and social networks focusing on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn will be introduced. Part of the work is a quantitative empirical survey, which was carried out in the form of online questionnaires. The respondents to the survey were marketing and personnel managers working in large organizations in the Czech Republic, who are evaluated in the labour market as "top employers". The Bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of Bata's system of personnel management in comparison with contemporary theoretical bases. Furthermore, it provides its comparison with personnel management of 2N TELEKOMUNIKACE a.s., a company which openly follows Bata's legacy and applies Bata's principles on the company management. The analysis of Bata's management system covers the period of 1921-1939, when the company was neither under the influence of war military contracts nor political and historical situation in Czechoslovakia after year 1939. This thesis deals with the most recent trends in recruiting related to information and communication technologies. The attention is focused on the internet, social networks and smartphones along with the possibilities of their use for recruitment. A part of this thesis is a quantitative survey of trends in recruiting. Practices, experiences and opinions of candidates who were looking for the job in the last year were collected in order to describe the situation of the use of these trends in the Czech Republic and their possible further development. The thesis deals with recruitment and development of students and graduates in relation to the talent management concept. It focuses on interpretation of talent concept, development of talent management, its current approach and the importance of talent management to the organization. Attention is paid to methods of recruitment and development of students and graduates, emphasizing the specifics of this group of employees. A qualitative survey is part of this thesis. Two methods of measurement were applied in this research - studying documents (career portals of employers) and conducting interviews with representatives of HR departments of large businesses operating in Prague, focusing on whether and how employers work with students and graduates within their talent management systems, how they understand the concept of talent and which methods of recruitment and development of students and graduates they apply most frequently. Motivation for Further Education of Helping Professions Workers

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of motivation for further education in helping professions. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the current forms of motivation in a selected area of helping professions in the Czech Republic. Attention is paid to the characteristics of the field of helping professions, personal specifics and competences of workers in helping professions and ethical aspects of work in helping professions. The issue of further education with a focus on continuing professional education in the helping professions is discussed. Barriers to further education in the selected group are also elaborated. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the issue of motivation, selected motivational approaches and motivation of workers in the helping professions to participate in educational activities. The thesis includes a quantitative empirical investigation aimed at analysing the motivation for continuing professional education of health care and education workers. The Bachelor's Thesis deals with the methodology of the job interview in the selection process for filling service posts at the Czech Social Security Administration. The interviews are an integral part of selection processes in accordance with Act no. 234/2014 Coll., on Civil Service. This thesis presents the interview as a method of selecting employees, types of interviews, phases of the interview, preparation and course of the interview and its possible shortcomings. Furthermore, this thesis deals with the selection process for filling a vacancy with an emphasis on the interview, in the regime of Act no. 234/2014 Coll., on Civil Service. The thesis is based on the analysis of legal regulations and internal regulations of the Czech Social Security Administration governing the interview and on the previous practice in the preparation and conducting interviews, which was found on the basis of interviews with employees of the personnel department of the Czech Social Security Administration. Ethic and Codes of Ethics in Personnel Work

The goal of this thesis will be to analyze ethical tools in organizations and the breadth of application of ethical codes in personnel work. First, attention will be paid to ethics, morality and law, then to professional ethics and the anti-discrimination law. The work will further deal with ethics in the context of organizational culture, standards of conduct, codes of ethics and ethical aspects of individual personnel activities. The diploma thesis will include a quantitative survey, which will be carried out in the form of online questionnaires. The respondents will be HR professionals working in approximately thirty selected large organizations in the Czech Republic. The aim of the survey will be to analyze the application of codes of ethics in these organizations, ie the use of codes of ethics governing the activities of personnel departments, the existence of professional codes of ethics for HR professionals, the influence of organizational culture on the use of ethical tools. The bachelor thesis will focused on a specific area of talent management in organizations, which is represented by trainee programs for university graduates. The aim of the bachelor's thesis will be to describe the current form, implementation and management of trainee programs for university graduates in organizations. Attention will be paid to the current concept of talent and the development of talent management in organizations, methods of identification and processes of talent acquisition, methods of talent development and the characteristics of trainee programs in organizations. The bachelor's thesis will include a qualitative survey, the aim of which will be to analyze the current offer of trainee programs for university graduates in five large organizations in the field of production and trade operating in Prague and Central Bohemia Region. Research will be carried out by analyzing data obtained from the career websites of organizations and interviews with HR professionals. A partial aim of the survey will be to find out the most frequently used methods of obtaining and developing graduates with regard to achieving the goals of selected organizations.
