1 Abstrakt Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat zaměstnanecké výhody z pohledu generace Y, pro kterou představují významnou složku odměňování pracovníků v organizaci. Pozornost je věnována zaměstnaneckým výhodám v systému odměňování a jejich vztahu k dalším složkám odměny. Jsou charakterizovány zaměstnanecké výhody, jejich typy, systémy poskytování a spojitost s péčí o pracovníky včetně reflexe trendů v jejich poskytování. Práce se dále věnuje problematice generací pracovníků na trhu práce, se zaměřením na specifika generace Y a na základě rešerše výzkumů z mezinárodního i českého prostředí jsou identifikovány zaměstnanecké výhody, které jsou z pohledu této generace nejatraktivnější. Součástí práce je kvantitativní šetření realizované formou on-line dotazníku. Respondenty šetření jsou administrativní pracovníci z generace Y pracující ve vybraných státních organizací. Cílem empirického šetření je zjistit jejich preference v oblasti zaměstnaneckých výhod. Dílčím cílem je porovnat výsledky šetření vztažené k zástupcům generace Y se specifiky administrativních pracovníků státní správy napříč všemi generacemi na trhu práce. 1 Abstract The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze employee benefits from the point of view of generation Y, for whom they represent an important component of the remuneration of workers in the organization. Attention is paid to employee benefits in the remuneration system and their relationship to other remuneration components. Furthermore, employee benefits, their types, delivery systems and the connection with the care of workers are characterized, including a reflection of trends in their delivery. The thesis further deals with the problematics of generations of workers on the labor market, with a focus on the specifics of Generation Y, and based on a search of research from the international and Czech environment, the employment benefits that are the most attractive from the point of view of this generation are identified. Part of the thesis is a quantitative survey carried out in the form of online questionnaires. Respondents of survey are administrative workers from generation Y working in selected state organizations. The aim of the empirical survey is to find out their preferences in the field of employee benefits.
