The Change Management in an Environment of Selected Sports Organizations
Žák, Vojtěch ; Kohout, Jan (referee) ; Blahutková, Marie (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with change management choice of club dance sport. The main intention is to propose applicable changes that can streamline the operation of the club and will affect the growth performance of dancers. The work is divided into three parts. The first presents the theoretical background, the next section is a sports organization and its trainers are analyzed by use to qualitative research focused on the training process and beliefs of the trainers. Based on the information we are given suggestions for changes which emerged from the qualitative research.
Navigation in Graph
Žák, Vojtěch ; Goldefus, Filip (referee) ; Čermák, Martin (advisor)
The representation of problems and systems is important. The more unificated representation we get, the more precise operations and solves we can write down and preserve. One of the mostly used representations of systems is graph. For graph there are defined ground rules as well as ground algorithms. This work is oriented on part of these algorithms. Specifically, algorithms for searching the state space. With the knowledge from these algorithms a new algorithm is assembled. An algorithm for finding the shortest paths over graph, representing the area of this faculty. The algorithm then applies the resulting application.
Vulnerabilities of web applications
Starting points for a new physics curriculum
Kolář, Petr ; Žák, Vojtěch (advisor)
This thesis presents starting and supporting points for a new secondary school physics curricu- lum and the methodology which was used. The research design was inspired mainly by the objectivist grounded theory. 29 in-depth semistructured interviews were conducted with elite Czech physicists and there were identified 79 ideas about a secondary school physics curricu- lum. After approximately two years, 56 ideas were used in the questionnaire survey where re- spondents expressed on a Likert scale their degree of agreement with the ideas. Respondents were natural scientists (non-physicists), experts on didactics of physics, secondary school phys- ics teachers and 26 of 29 physicists who were also participants of the interviews. In the ques- tionnaire survey, there were identified ideas on which all groups of respondents agreed and which are stable in time in the group of physicists.

Assessment of Physics Tuition Quality Parametrs
Žák, Vojtěch ; Kolářová, Růžena (advisor) ; Svoboda, Emanuel (referee) ; Janík, Tomáš (referee)
This thesis deals with acquisition and evaluation of parameters of the physics tuition quality at high schools. Mapping the existing approaches to the education quality and tuition quality, the work includes also description of the progress and results of an expert investigation, contributing to creation of a new technique for monitoring the physics tuition and assessing its quality. Following chapters describe details of the research assessing the quality of the physics tuition performed by ten teachers at seven Prague high schools, discussing the validity and reliability of the technique created. Within the thesis, didactic preparation has been elaborated based on results of the research, usable for teaching the physical topic titled "Energy and Conservation Laws in Mechanics". I have taught this topic and the tuition has been assessed using the new technique. The thesis includes also a manual for future users of the monitoring and assessment technique.
Laboratory works in physics for upper secondary schools
Koutská, Barbora ; Žák, Vojtěch (advisor) ; Kekule, Martina (referee)
This Bachelor thesis is dealing with laboratory classes at secondary schools. Thesis offers ideas for five laboratory classes which were carried out during regular teaching at the secondary school. Besides other things there are work sheets here to be used with given classes and for the teachers there are metodical instructions which have arisen from implementation in classes and from subsequent reflection. Laboratory classes are thematically focused on the field of vibration and interference which run through different fields of physics. The aim of these classes is mainly to develop students' creativity in solving problems, their practical skills during preparation of experiments, also to develop critical attitude to the information and the discussion about mistakes and negligencies which emerged during measuring and working on the computer. As it turned out in research dedicated to motivation in learning physics, laboratory classes prepared in this way - i.e. experiments carried out by students themselves and using computers in processing data - are loved by students and because of that they have a great motivational capacity.

Attitudes of czech students toward science subjects and teaching methods used in this subjects (Data analysis of TIMSS research)
Harapesová, Tereza ; Mandíková, Dana (advisor) ; Žák, Vojtěch (referee)
In the presented work I study czech students attitudes toward science subjects, especially physics, and science teachers attitudes toward their job and teaching methods in science subjects and also their trends consequent upon data analysis of TIMSS 2007. Results were compared with data from previous surveys in years 1995 and 1999 and data from PISA research. My thesis is built on my previous bachelor thesis from 2008 that studied student attitudes toward science subjects upon data analysis of TIMSS 1995 and 1999 and PISA.
