Bachelor thesis deals with the efficient education of employees, if the organization is in a high turnover rate. It deals with the question of whether it makes sense in such an organization to educate employees and if so, what the most appropriate manner. The aim of this work is the analysis of the current situation to help identify the most effective education system, which would partly help reduce turnover. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to propose a human resource strategy suitable for the company with culturally diversified employee structure. The work is divided into three parts. In the first theoretical part the terms have been defined through citing or paraphrasing from the mentioned sources. In the second analytical part a particular company with culturally diversified employee structure (Connections BDL, s. r. o.) has been chosen and subjected to strategic analysis specifically focused on human resource management in a multicultural environment. The third part of the work compiles individual proposals for improving the situation in the company using the results of the analysis.
Strategic Human Resource Management in kindergartens and nursery schools separated work

The present diploma thesis is focused on description and comparison of strategic management of human resources in kindergarten and kindergarten with remoted institutions in Carlsbad Region. The theoretical part introduce the fundamental terms connected with the strategic management of human resources from different perspectives, and the methods of strategic management of human resources in school institution. The empirical research reveals and compares the strategic management of human resources in kindergarten and kindergarten with remoted institutions. Further, the empirical research of strategic management is focused on the size of kindergarten in terms of number of classes. Two research methods were chosen: questionnaire and semi-structured interviews. The semi-structured interviews were added due to obtaining of more specified and detailed information concerning given topic. Based on the results, it may be stated that the management of kindergarten and kindergarten with remoted institutions is strategic as regards human resources. However, the management differs one from another. The most important condition, affecting the strategic management of human resources, is the number of classes in the kindergartens.
Interconnectedness of the personnel work with the strategy of the organization (The leisure time centres in the Czech Republic)

Strategic human resource management is an approach that is closely related to the strategic organizational management, thus it is in accordance with the given objectives and goals of the organization leading to its permanent development and efficiency as a whole. The diploma work aims to find out whether the leisure time centres in the Czech Republic are in terms of human resources managed strategically. The theoretical part of the diploma work defines the terms concerning personnel activities and strategic organizational management in the context of specifications of an educational institution like a leisure time centre and/or similar one. The research deals with the interconnection between the personnel activity performance in an organization and an organizational strategy. Further on, it discloses aspects and features of the strategic human resource management in a leisure time centre and/or organizations of a similar type. It also focuses on possible agreement between the human resource management policies in the investigated organizations and the chosen human resource management models. The aim of the work is to map processes in personal activities of Schneider Electric, a. s., and to map processes in relation to the objectives of HR strategy. To describe the human resources strategy and sub-activities leading to its fulfillment. With further analysis to determine the strategic external and internal factors, which affect the implementation of the strategy, and which affect strengths and weaknesses of human resources strategy. Following the outcomes of the analysis to suggest new approaches and solutions that would help to better reaching both personal objectives and goals of the company.
