Evaluation of Business Performance Through Financial Analysis Tools

This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the performance of the company Choceňská mlékárna s.r.o. for the period 2018-2022 and subsequent proposals for improving its financial situation. The thesis is divided into four main parts. The first one is devoted to the objectives and methodology in its preparation. This is followed by the theoretical part, which is aimed at explaining the important tools, indicators and procedures of financial and strategic analysis. In the third part, the selected company is first introduced and then an analysis of its current state is carried out, which is the basis for the fourth and final part. The latter includes the actual proposals of measures and solutions that should improve the financial performance of the enterprise.
Economic and financial impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in a specific company

The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the evaluation of the economic situation of the state company České dráhy, a. s. in the years 2018-2022, when the issue of the COVID-19 pandemic is also included in this period. The first part of the work characterizes terms important to the given topic, which the bachelor's thesis itself deals with. The second part is devoted to the calculation and evaluation of the indicators themselves using the methods mentioned in the theoretical part. The last part of the work is based on the results of the analytical part and its part is the proposal of measures that would lead to the improvement of the current financial situation.

The focus of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the performance of ZAMA interior s.r.o. using a financial analysis based on the company's financial statements and then comparing it with two competing companies. In the first part we will discuss the subject matter of the topic, introducing the key concepts, analysis and how we can calculate them. In the second part, I will apply each analysis to a selected company, compare it with competing companies and evaluate the results obtained. The third part focuses on suggestions for improvement based on the opportunities identified by the financial analysis.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the overall analysis of multi-sports complex Pod Palackeho Vrchem that belongs to Brno University of Technology. Using analyzes of selected internal and external environment is considered the proper functioning of the complex. Another part of the thesis deals with this sports hall PPV and optimalize price lists of services. At the end recommendations are developed and also proposals for change.
