The diploma thesis formally consists of a mosaic of outputs across the media. It contains a set of videos, a set of embroidered pieces of clothing and a set of hand-drawn, subjective maps, all supplemented and accompanied by drawings, watercolors, texts, objects and audio. Thematically, the work has two layers. First, it deals with the reflection of (my) selected hobbies that relate to specific ideas about nature and landscape. These hobbies are divided into three thematic areas named Emo Maps, The Cowboy Spectrum, and Bio Tops. In the second layer, the work is a critical reflection on the use of hobby strategies in art work, as one of the last available ways to create in times of permanent crises.

Visual representation of my dream diary, images on the edge of reality and dreams. I see moments and events that I am sometimes not sure if they have already happened, they are yet to come or they are just a dream. I lay in my bed and I see visions in between reality and something absurd, images dance around me in the dark of the night and take a form in the morning light of my room on the canvas of white walls.
Benefits and risks of Parkrun

Title of thesis: Benefits and risks of Parkrun The thesis dealt with the Parkrun project, which can be classified as outdoor activity. The aim of the thesis was to assess the health and social benefits and risks of Parkrun. This is a research paper, the main sources of information of which were the electronic database EBSCO and the official website of the Parkrun organization, together with electronic articles and reports about Parkrun. When assessing the health benefits and risks of Parkrun, the thesis reached the following conclusions: Parkrun brings physical health benefits in the form of general improvement and maintenance of physical fitness. In particular, it helps to reduce the level of cholesterol in the blood, reduce the risk of obesity, diabetes, and thus represents the prevention of the occurrence of civilization diseases. In addition, it can dampen the symptoms of asthma and help reduce the inflammation of the airways. Risks for physical health can be extreme manifestations of the weather - especially heat or cold. Another risk may be the load on the joints in the case of incorrect technique and the predominant hard surface. Insight to European Physiotherapy Education systems: How choice of Alma Mater affect Quality of Life and Quality of Education of Physiotherapy Students

Objective: The objective of this study is to describe and compare the current educational systems and selective modalities related to mental health, sleep quality, nutritional habits a physical activity of physiotherapy students in Europe. Methodology: A cross-sectional, descriptive study processing two questionnaires is used with one dedicated to university representatives and the other to physiotherapy students. Results: Although 75% of students rated their quality of life positively and 47% were satisfied with their mental health, 65% showed higher levels of stress and 50.5% describe dan impaired sleep quality. The minimum physical activity of 150 minutes weekly was described by 78.9% of students, within which 67% engage in strengthening twice a week. Students with a higher stress load/worse psychological health also showed worse sleep quality and lower amount of physical activity, women were significantly worse off. In terms of physical activity and sleep quality, students from Finland and Kosovo achieved the best results, while students from Italy, Greece, and Portugal achieved the worst. The effect of miscarriage on a women's psychological health

This bachelor thesis explores the psychological and social effect of a miscarriage on women's mental health. The aim of this thesis is to provide a complex overview of the physiological impact of miscarriages on women and investigate various factors, which may influence their experience. This research paper is divided into a theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part, the description, etiology, symptoms, most common types, diagnostics and treatment of miscarriage are provided. Additionally, the discussion of treatment includes descriptions of instrument and medicament based methods for removal of the remains of a fetus, their course of action and possible risks. Furthermore, in the theoretical part the empotions women go through and their impact on social background. In the empirical part a detailed description of the quantitative research is presented. The research was completed using a questionnaire distributed among women, who experienced a miscarriage. The questionnaire was distributed online using social networks. The results indicate women's emotionally experience grief, fear, guilt and may influence the psychological well-being of every woman. The effect of running on physical and mental health

The bachelor thesis entitled The effect of running on physical and mental health is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the thesis includes a definition of running including its effects on the human body, as well as a brief characterization of the muscular and skeletal system of the human body. It also includes health, motivation, stress, obesity and running injuries. The practical part contains the results of a qualitative investigation using interviews with selected adult respondents who are regular runners. The main aim of the work is to find out what effect running has on a person's health according to the respondents interviewed. The sub-objectives are to find out what effect running has on a person's physical health according to the respondents, then to find out what effect running has on a person's mental health according to the respondents, and then to find out and compare differences in running based on age among the selected respondents. Based on the above investigation, it was found that running has many positive and negative effects on a person's health. Well-being in professional life of university teachers and design of activities for its improvement

This diploma thesis deals with the well-being of university teachers. The aim was to design activities that can be included in the lives of university teachers and improve their well-being. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with both the definition of well-being and the explanation of various approaches to its definition. There is also a description of other theories, which contain components leading to optimal well-being. These theories are spiritual and cognitive well-being, some topics of positive psychology (physical health, social health, optimism, gratitude), Maslow's pyramid of needs, hygge and the Okinawan program. The theoretical part also explains the connection between work and well- being and introduces the risk factors of the teaching profession, such as stress and burnout syndrome. Finally, the work description of university teachers is introduced to present the number of activities that are necessary to perform this line of work. In the practical part, 42 activities are proposed. They are divided into eight chapters, according to the types of well- being proposed by Harvard University.
