Master´s thesis analyzes problems associated with the employee classification of a business company. It suggests the evulating system strategy which, if respectfully followed, would lead to better execution of employee, teams and whole company and at the same time to a stronger market position and to a riddance of the weaker competition.

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to propose more objective evaluation system for employees based on chosen criteria. The theoretical part of the thesis is targeted to evaluation, remuneration and motivation of employees. The objective of second part of this thesis is to specify evaluation criteria, statistical analysis of these criteria, presentation of analyzed company and surveyed workplace together with comparison of actual and suggested evaluation system. The final part consists of proposed changes needed for implementation of suggested evaluation system.

The work treats the problem of algorithmic generation of traffic schedules. The emphasised aspect is the relationship between the quality of the schedules and the requirements the customers of the traffic system, being the passengers, put on it. The work has four major outputs. The first one is a system modelling the traf- fic network and providing possibility to test generating algorithms. The second is an implentation of genetic algorithm for generating traffic schedules. The third is a set of tested metrics of traffic schedule quality. The fourth is a set of deve- loper packages providing external programmers easy way of implementating the modules of the program; the set is available on the web pages of the project. The implementation process of the employees’ appraisal system of renowned Czech insurance company

Employees' appraisal belongs to the active instruments of human resource management and performance. Its importance in the management of today's companies grows constantly with the increasing role of human capital in the intellectualization process. Appraisal is becoming an important way of achieving and maintaining the policy of high performance, productivity and competitiveness. The object of this thesis is a renowned Czech insurance company, which in the context of streamlining its processes and systems decided to change the employees' appraisal system. The aim of this thesis is to map out the implementation process of this new form of the appraisal system. The company will gain feedback on the overall course of the implementation and will be able to avoid some deficiencies defined during the process in future. At the same time this thesis can provide the company with some optimizing recommendations, which the company can use in the future revision of its appraisal system.
Preparing and implementation of the evaluation system of employees in an enterprise

The thesis ,,Preparing and implementation of the evaluation system of employees in an enterprise" follows the question of evaluation of the employees in a specific enterprise -- HC electronics, s.r.o. The aim is to design a more effective evaluation system at the positions of production workers in the company and to define particular steps leading to a successful implementation of the system into practice of the enterprise. The first part of this thesis is focused on theoretical presentation based on scholar literature. The goal of the practical part is to create an outline of the evaluation system of production workers. This outline reflects the requirements of the personnel Department and the results of a satisfaction survey and investigation of the motivation structure of workers. At the end of the thesis there are shown the steps of the implementation of the evaluation system into practice of the enterprise.
