Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zajištění studie proveditelnosti za účelem transformace již existující zkušební laboratoře na akreditovanou zkušební laboratoř ve vybrané společnosti. Na základě navrhované struktury studie proveditelnosti dle Jiřího Fotra a Ivana Součka je studie proveditelnosti provedena. Práce obsahuje analýzu současné situace na trhu akreditovaných laboratoří, popis potřebných zdrojů, finanční analýzu a posouzení a identifikuje rizika spojená s realizací projektu transformace současné laboratoře.

The main topic of this bachelor's thesis is the preparation of a feasibility study for a new board game, so that the thesis presents the basis for supporting entrepreneurs, or rejecting this plan. The work focused on three parts. The production part, which proposes ideal methods of production, according to product requirements and costs. In the second part, the thesis focuses on the analysis of the external environment using market analysis, target group, PESTLE or Porter's five forces model. The final part evaluates the economic feasibility of the project. Product marketing mix, break-even point analysis, ROI analysis and SWOT analysis are covered here. These analyzes work with information from the analysis of the internal and external environment. Finally, the balance sheet and profit and loss statement are prepared.

Feasibility study

This thesis develops a feasibility study for the introduction of a new product. The aim of the thesis was to evaluate the technical and economic feasibility of the project. With the help of market research and analysis of the external environment, the current market situation was mapped and a SWOT analysis was performed. In the technical part, the design of the production process was developed and the production time was determined. The economic part quantified the cost and price of the finished product. In the techno-economic evaluation, the return on equity was determined, the break even point was determined and the risks of implementation were found and arrangements to minimize them were proposed.

This thesis deals with a feasibility study of a business plan for a restaurant in Brno, which combines the concept of an American BBQ with a microbrewery. The aim of the thesis is to conduct a comprehensive study that includes an analysis of the market, competitive environment, marketing strategy, financial plan and operational plan to establish and sustain such a venture in the market. The thesis provides an overview of the opportunities and challenges associated with operating a restaurant with a brewery in Brno and provides recommendations for successfully starting a business in this area.

The subject of the thesis is to create a feasibility study of the construction of a new equestrian area Za Obzorem for the project sponsor with a focus on the technical and economic aspects of the project. The thesis is divided into three sections. The first part of the text is focused on theoretical knowledge and introductory involvement of the reader in the issues of the work. The following analytical section gradually introduces the nature of the project and looks into the pre-project analyses, which are used to visualise the feasibility study itself in the last part of the thesis.

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá proveditelností demonstrační mise za použití CubeSatu, která by měla kvalifikovat miniaturizovaný tepelný spínač pro vesmírné aplikace. Studie posuzuje různé konfigurace CubeSatů od 1U do 3U se zaměřením na jejich schopnost provádět potřebné tepelné testy. Zjišťuje, že zatímco menší konfigurace poskytují nákladově efektivní testovací platformu, větší konfigurace nabízejí komplexní testovací možnosti.

Feasibility study of a photovoltaic power plant investment project

The work deals with the economic evaluation of a selected investment project for a photovoltaic power plant. The work seeks to explain the process of evaluating investment projects within technical-economic studies and methods for assessing the economic efficiency of investments. The aim is to characterize the process of evaluating investment projects and to make final financial and investment decisions for the selected investment project for a photovoltaic power plant based on calculations of economic criteria. Case studies are created in the practical part of the work, on which investment evaluation methods are applied. Sensitivity analyses are also conducted, which assess the impacts of variable changes on the final investment outcome. In conclusion, research questions are answered, and final financial and investment decisions are formulated.

The rusult of this thesis will be a recommendation for the company, whether to implement the project or not.
