Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na řízení předání moci v malém rodinném podniku Schmidt Reality. Nejdříve definuje a vysvětluje základní pojmy související s procesem předání moci a řízením rodinných podniků. Dále se podrobně zaměřuje na specifika a výzvy spojené s předáním vedení v malých rodinných podnicích, zejména v realitním sektoru. V práci jsou prováděny strategické analýzy zaměřené na optimální přístupy k předání moci, s cílem zajistit hladký přechod a udržet kontinuitu a stabilitu podniku v rámci realitního odvětví.

The theoretical part of the thesis is aimed at explaining the basic concepts related to business plan, entrepreneurship, and e-commerce. The analytical part includes an analysis of the micro and macro environment of the business, marketing research and will provide the necessary information for the practical part of the bachelor thesis. The practical part is devoted to developing a suitable plan into a business plan and assessing the suitability of implementing.
Establishing of the Small Company

This diploma thesis focuses on the creation of a business idea and a business plan for the establishment of a small business that will produce handmade soaps offered through an online store. The first part defines the main problem of elaboration, objectives, and methodology. In part two, the theoretical background of the topic is discussed and the concepts to develop a business plan are addressed. The third part deals with the analysis of the current situation around the future business as well as quantitative research. The fourth part uses insights from theory and results from the analysis and research to propose a viable business plan. The fifth section covers the timeline for the implementation of the business plan.

Abstrakt Bakalárska práca sa zameriava na strategický rozvoj start-upovej networkingovej platformy na pôde univerzity. Práca nachádza podmienky rozvoja networkingovej platformy pre študentov a akademických pracovníkov VUT v Brne s podnikateľským myslením. Hlavným cieľom platformy je prepojiť študentov a akademických pracovníkov z rôznych fakúlt a zapojiť ich do tvorby nových start-upových tímov a projektov. Cieľom tejto práce je nájsť správne aspekty networkingovej platformy, ktoré musia byť začlenené do tejto študentskej platformy, a vytvoriť MVP (minimal viable product). Na dosiahnutie predpokladaného cieľa sa použilo niekoľko teoretických modelov a metód, aby sa pokryl čo najpresnejší strategický plan rozvoja tejto platformy. Marketing Research Focused on Student Entrepreneurship and Knowledge of Innovation Agency

The diploma thesis deals with marketing research focused on students' entrepreneurship and knowledge of the selected innovation agency, the South Moravian Innovation Centre. The theoretical part defines the key concepts for the thesis, which are entrepreneurship, innovation, marketing trends, marketing research and presents related research already conducted. The analytical part introduces the Innovation Agency and analyses the current state of the organisation. Furthermore, marketing research and analysis of the obtained data is carried out. Based on the results of the questionnaire survey and interviews, the thesis concludes by proposing measures to improve the current state of the innovation agency.
Creating a Lean Canvas of a selected startup

This bachelor thesis presents the creation of a Lean Canvas model as a creative means of developing a business idea. It highlights the model's ability to guide future entrepreneurs in considering essential aspects of future business ventures, including the creation of a minimally viable product and the implementation of a business idea. A comparison is made between the traditional business plan and the Lean Canvas model. In the practical part of the thesis, the services offered by the company and its objectives are described in detail. The author uses the Lean Startup methodology to better understand customer needs and to refine the company's service offerings. The result of this process is the developed Lean Canvas model. Based on this work, the Lean Canvas model can be applied to real businesses and steps can be taken to implement them.
Precarity as a real experience of the self-employed and micro-enterprises

The research report summarises the results of the project's activities.Namely, four expert studies focusing on platform and family entrepreneurship, start-ups and coworking. The report includes findings from a quantitative survey of self-employed and micro-entrepreneurs (up to 10 employees) and a survey focused on business start-ups and new forms of entrepreneurship. It also presents findings from two qualitative research focusing on micro-entrepreneurs' strategies for securing themselves during periods of income loss from their business in times of sickness and on low-income self-employed and their strategies for sustaining their business, e.g. during a pandemic of covid 19. Together, the sections of the report thus form a complex mosaic that reflects the precarious specificities of the self-employed and micro-entrepreneurs and points to their impacts.
