Employment of people with hearing disabilities in the Karlovy Vary region

This bachelor's thesis deals the employment of people with hearing impairment in the Karlovy Vary region. The aim of thesis is to map and provide insight into the employment opportunities for people with hearing impairments in the territory of the selected region, as well as the support options that people with hearing impairments can use from the point of view of state and non- profit institutions. In the first chapters of the theoretical part, the classification of people with hearing impairment, methods of communication, barriers and preparation for the profession of people with hearing impairment is briefly described. Subsequently, attention is paid to the issue of employment, the importance and possibilities of employment of person with hearing impairment in the Czech Republic. Then the characteristics of the institutions that deal with the issue of employment of people with hearing impairment are specified. Specifically, it is the employment office, the public welfare society Tichý svět (The Silent World) and non-profit organization Czech Union of the Deaf. The practical part is focused on the aforementioned institutions operating in the Karlovy Vary region. Suggestions for Reduction of Unemployment in the District of Třebíč

This master’s thesis deals with the problem of unemployment and its development in the district of Trebic in years 2009 – 2013. The work is focused of finding the causes of unemployment through labor market analysis, especially structure of job seeker. Some solutions that can help to reduce unemployment rate in the district of Trebic result from the conducted analysis. These are presented in the conclusion of the thesis.

The main aim of this bachelor work is focusing on unemployment between 2009 and 2013 concentrated on territory of Kyjov and its neighbourhood. Furthermore, it analyzes the level of unemployment referring to the European union, the Czech republic and another territory chose by me, where is again analyzed the rate of unemployment according to various categories. Finally, solutions for reducing unemployment and improving the labour market situation are suggested.

This thesis deals with the topic of unemployment in the Vyškov region. In the first part I describe unemployment and labour market from the theoretical point of view. The following analytical part depicts the current situation on the labour market in the Vyškov region. This analysis takes into account all the usual criteria. In the last part I have tried to suggest a solution how to lower the unemployment of the problem groups.

The goal of the dissertation is to describe the topic of unemployment in the Czech Republic not only in terms as well as historical development, social, economic, and social conditions of unemployed. The primary aim of this dissertation is to determine the impact of social benefits, depending on client's attempt to work on his or her inclusion into the work process. The dissertation seeks to determine whether passive labour market policies are effective, especially the social benefits for the unemployed. The paper also tries to explain the main causes of long-term unemployment and it is impact on individuals. The dissertation also seeks to find out whether the system of assistance in material need has a positive impact on clients of labour office or whether is discouraging to the potential efforts of eventual integration into the labour market.
