Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nezaměstnanosti v okrese Vyškov. V první části je popsána nezaměstnanost a trh práce z teoretického hlediska. V následující analytické části je zobrazen stávající stav na trhu práce v okrese Vyškov podle jednotlivých kritérií a v poslední části, se pokusím, navrhnou řešení vedoucí ke snížení nezaměstnanosti problémových skupin. This thesis deals with the topic of unemployment in the Vyškov region. In the first part I describe unemployment and labour market from the theoretical point of view. The following analytical part depicts the current situation on the labour market in the Vyškov region. This analysis takes into account all the usual criteria. In the last part I have tried to suggest a solution how to lower the unemployment of the problem groups.
