Total reward model in the context of strategic remuneration

The thesis examines the importance of the total rewards model in the context of strategic reward and employee satisfaction. It is based on the assumption that the principles of strategic reward contribute to higher employee satisfaction. The specific focus of the thesis is on the total reward model, which represents an integrated approach to employee remuneration and is considered one of the strategic elements and trends in remuneration. The theoretical background of the thesis describes such areas of human resource management that are directly related to remuneration, especially employee evaluation, commitment, motivation and last but not least specific individual forms of transactional and relational remuneration. The empirical part of the thesis investigates the relationship between employee satisfaction and the application of the total rewards model to a specific group of employees in company XY. For the purpose of testing the hypotheses and meeting the objectives of the thesis, a questionnaire survey was mainly used to supplement the information generated by the analysis of internal and public documents of company XY. Compensation System for Employees in the Selected Company

The bachelor thesis deals with the remuneration of employees in a selected business. The aim of this thesis is to assess the compensation system for employees in the selected company and to propose steps to improve the efficiency of the system. The thesis provides a theoretical basis that relates to the issue of remuneration of employees, such as basic concepts, principles and theories of remuneration. Based on this theoretical knowledge, an analysis is carried out of the existing remuneration system for employees in the selected business. The analysis includes a survey of wages, benefits and other forms of compensation. Based on the results of the survey, potential changes to the existing remuneration system are proposed to increase employee motivation and improve the efficiency of the firm's work.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the usage of the Concept of Total Compensation in the subject of Marcela Cisarova. The theoretical part explains basic concepts related to the topic. Practical part of the thesis introduces Marcela Cisarova and includes the analysis of an economic situation as well as the analysis of external environment. In the result practical part creates an effective motivation program with a goal of increasing work efficiency of employees.

The main subject of this master’s thesis is motivation of employees in company DCom s. r. o. This company is dealing with wireless communication technologies development and production. The primary goal is to analyze company’s motivation tools and to improve them. The thesis is divided into three parts. First part contains the theory, which is connected to motivation. In the next part is the company DCom s. r. o. shortly introduced and after that are the motivation tools analyzed. The analysis was realized by using the questionnaire. The last part describes a suggestion for the motivation tools improvement.

Diploma thesis deals with motivation and evaluation of employees in VIA ALTA, Public Limited Company. The first part analyzes concepts and theoretical knowledge of the issue which are important to next step. The analytic part focuses on the company, describes functioning system of motivation, remuneration and evaluation of employees. Also, the results of survey are interpreted and assessed in the second part of the thesis. In the third part, there are presented possible proposals and thoughts to improve level of motivation and evaluation of employees in the company.
