Apartment Building in Moravské Budějovice

The apartment building is located on parcels number 1512/6 and 1512/7 in the cadastral area of the town of Moravské Budějovice. The building has 3 above-ground floors and 1 underground floor. On the first above-ground floor, there are two apartments with a layout of 3+KK, one of which is designed for people with reduced mobility or orientation. The second and third above-ground floors are identical, with each containing two apartments with a layout of 3+KK and one apartment with a layout of 2+KK. In the first underground floor, there are storage rooms for each apartment, a communal room, a utility room, and a storage area. In total, the residential building contains eight apartment units. The entire building, including apartment number 102, is designed to be wheelchair accessible. The load-bearing exterior walls of the above-ground floors are designed from ceramic blocks, while the underground floor is constructed from formwork blocks. The foundation structures are made of strip foundations from plain concrete. The ceiling structures are designed from prefabricated prestressed panels. The staircase, including landings, is made of prefabricated reinforced concrete. The roof is a heavy, single-layer, flat roof.
Reinforced concrete slab of the administrative part of the depository

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the design and assessment of a reinforced concrete locally supported monolithic slab below the first floor of a library depository. The thesis also includes the design and assessment of a column and a prefabricated staircase. The calculation of internal forces was performed using the finite element method in the SCIA Engineer program, and its accuracy was verified by a manual calculation using the method of moment summation. The slab was assessed for ultimate limit state and serviceability limit state. Finally, based on the structural calculation, reinforcement drawings for the individual structures were prepared.
Residential house Hradec Kralove, construction-technological solutions of rough superstructure

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the solution of technology of ceiling construction and prefabricated staircase of the apartment building in Hradec Králové. The project include realization of reinforced concrete ceiling construction. For this stage is processed construction site equipment, technological proces, the time schedule, financial plan and mechanization plan. Another stage is design of prefabricated staircase with solution of technoligy, mechanization plan and financial plan.
Nursery School

Master’s thesis „Nursery School" is proceed in form of project document, including all requirement according to standards and regulations. New building is located on parcel number 439/50 in city Přerov. Detached building has three floors and is partly cellarage. It is brick construction system based on packs. The roofs are flat, and constructed as single shell. Te floors are connected by prefabricated concrete staircase and by elevator. The nursery school is designed as a four departments building, with capacity of 96 children.
Sheltered housing Rajhrad - construction technology project

The aim of thesis is construction-technology project of sheltered housing in Rajhrad. Parts of the thesis are technical report of site facilities, technological prescription for monolithic ceiling construction, inspection and test plan for monolithic ceiling construction, proposal of mechanical assemblies and transport relations, occupational safety and health, environmental plan, compared of monolithic and prefabricated staircases, the draft contract for work and binding rules for use of the building, financing construction cost, schedule.
Apartment house

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the design of an apartment building in Humpolec. It is an apartment building, which has four floors above ground and one underground floor. On the first floor part of the house is designed for administration. The building is built on a slightly sloping terrain and is free-standing. Main entrance with entrance to the collective garage is situated to the southwest, where the existing access road is. Nine different housing units are designed. The construction system is made of ground ceramic blocks. The ceilings are made of prestressed panels and the roof is single skin. The work contains project documentation of the actual implementation.
Realization of the rough construction of a polyfunctional building, Moravský Svätý Ján

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to solve the stage of the upper rough construction of a multifunctional house in Moravský Svätý Ján, which is a monolithic skeleton. This skeleton is made up of columns, beams and a cross-reinforced ceiling slab. The object's construction system is bi-directional. The staircase is made up of prefabricated elements and its supporting structure consists of brickwork made of grounded Heluz bricks. The building is non-blocked and has three above-ground floors, but the monolithic skeleton forms only the first and second floors. The third floor consists of a cladding made of grounded Heluz masonry, which forms the supporting structure of the roof made of sculpted wood joinery. The project was provided by Ing. Hušek Miloš. The project was adapted to enter a replacement land in Moravský Svätý Ján, otherwise the building is located in the Moste near Bratislava.
Kindergarten

The subject of this diploma‘s thesis is documentation for the construction of the new kindergarten in Vsetín. It is a two-storey partial basement building with an elevator. There are three classes devided by age, for children aged three, for children aged four and for children aged five-six. The class for the youngest children is in the lowest floor. There i also a kitchen, a dinning room and staff facilities. The classes for older children are in the highest floor. The second kitchen and the second dining room are also located here, as well as the director’s office, speech therapy and a classroom for teaching English. The outdoor playground is designed as cascade and is accesible from all classes. To the new building belongs two parking lots. One with eleven classic parking spaces and one parking space for people with impaired ability to orientate and move, intended primarly for parents of children. There is also parking space for bicycles. Second with four classic parking spaces intended for staff. The technical facilities are located in underground floor. We can find here utility room, an air conditioning engine room, photovoltaics engine room, bedding warehouse connected to a laundry and cleaning room. The new kindergarten is based on reinforced concrete foundation slab. The vertical load-bearing structures of the underground and above-ground external part of the building are made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete wall. Internal walls are made of bricks. The floor structures in the whole building consists of prestressed concrete panels. The roof of the building is a warm flat green roof. The ventilated facade of the building is made of bond S-Z type facade panels.
Apartment Building

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is a design of an new apartment building in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. It is a three-storey building situated on a slightly sloping terrain. The building is detached. The entrance is from the north side, where is an existing acess road. There are 4 same house units in the apartment building. The building is made of ceramic brick blocks. The ceilings are made of prestressed reinforced concrete panels and reinforced concrete prefabricated elements. The roof is flat, single-skinned, green and with a constant inclination. This work contains documentation of the real execution.
Reinforced concrete slab supported on columns

The bachelor thesis is focused on design and assessment point-supported slab on the lowest level of fourth-level storage to ultimate and serviceability limit state. Design of slab was created in software SCIA Engineer and followed by checking if it is right by manual calculation. This thesis contains a static calculation and technical drawings of typical column, foundation pad. At the end of structural assessment was calculated prefabricated staircase. All structures were proceeded according to the valid standard ČSN EN 1992-1-1.
