Předmětem této diplomové práce je vypracování dokumentace pro provedení novostavby mateřské školy ve Vsetíně. Jedná se o dvoupodlažní částečně podsklepený objekt s výtahem. V mateřské škole se nachází tři třídy rozděleny dle věku, pro děti ve věku tří let, pro děti ve věku čtyř let a pro děti ve věku pět-šest let. Třída pro nejmenší děti se nachází v nejnižším podlaží. Dále zde najdeme kuchyň, jídelnu a zázemí pro pracovníky školky. Třídy pro starší děti se nachází v nejvyšším patře. Zde je umístěna taktéž kuchyň a jídelna, dále ředitelna, logopedie a třída pro výuku angličtiny. Venkovní hřiště je řešeno jako kaskádové a je na něj umožněn přístup ze všech tříd. K novostavbě náleží dvě parkoviště. Jedno s jedenácti klasickými parkovacími stáními a jedním stáním pro osoby se sníženou schopností orientace a pohybu, určeno primárně pro rodiče dětí. Také zde najdeme místo vyhrazené pro kola. Druhé se čtyřmi klasickými parkovacími stáními pro zaměstnance. V podzemním podlaží se nachází technické zázemí novostavby. Najdeme zde technickou místnost, strojovnu vzduchotechniky, strojovnu fotovoltaiky, sklad lůžkovin spojený s prádelnou a úklidovou místnost. Novostavba mateřské školy je založena na železobetonové desce. Svislé obvodové konstrukce podzemní i nadzemní části objektu tvoří monolitická železobetonová stěna. Vnitřní nosné stěny jsou zděné. Stropní konstrukce v celém objektu tvoří předpjaté stropní panely. Zastřešením objektu je jednoplášťová plochá zelená střecha. Provětrávaná fasáda objektu je z bondových kazet typu S-Z. The subject of this diploma‘s thesis is documentation for the construction of the new kindergarten in Vsetín. It is a two-storey partial basement building with an elevator. There are three classes devided by age, for children aged three, for children aged four and for children aged five-six. The class for the youngest children is in the lowest floor. There i also a kitchen, a dinning room and staff facilities. The classes for older children are in the highest floor. The second kitchen and the second dining room are also located here, as well as the director’s office, speech therapy and a classroom for teaching English. The outdoor playground is designed as cascade and is accesible from all classes. To the new building belongs two parking lots. One with eleven classic parking spaces and one parking space for people with impaired ability to orientate and move, intended primarly for parents of children. There is also parking space for bicycles. Second with four classic parking spaces intended for staff. The technical facilities are located in underground floor. We can find here utility room, an air conditioning engine room, photovoltaics engine room, bedding warehouse connected to a laundry and cleaning room. The new kindergarten is based on reinforced concrete foundation slab. The vertical load-bearing structures of the underground and above-ground external part of the building are made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete wall. Internal walls are made of bricks. The floor structures in the whole building consists of prestressed concrete panels. The roof of the building is a warm flat green roof. The ventilated facade of the building is made of bond S-Z type facade panels.
