The aim of the thesis is the design of marketing communication and its subsequent implementation in a selected company that has not been involved in marketing so far. I will subsequently measure these implemented proposals and based on the results further improve their effectiveness. The main aim of these proposals is to achieve that the proposed marketing communication generates demand for the company and creates support for business activities. The secondary objective is to spread awareness of the selected company and build a company database.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the marketing communication in a specific company with a primary focus on sales promotion and advertising. The theoretical part focuses on the knowledge of marketing, marketing mix, marketing communication and communication mix. The analytical part introduces the company, the analysis of the current state of the company and its evaluation. The final part focuses on the suggestions for improving the marketing situation that result from the analytical part.

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of sales promotion and advertising of a company that deals with agricultural production. Marketing communication in the company is not thriving greatly, therefore based on this deficiency I will analyze the marketing communication, I will also pay attention to advertising and sales promotion which are part of the communication mix. At the end of this thesis, some solutions will be proposed to establish a closer relationship with the customers and the public of the community.
Setting up marketing communication in the franchise system in the context of localization of individual outlets

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to find the optimal balance between centrally managed marketing strategies and the individual needs of each outlets within the Potrefená husa franchise network. The research includes an analysis of the current the state of marketing communication across the Potrefená husa franchise network, an investigation into customer food preferences within specific outlets and an interview with a representative of manager of selected branches. The results of the quantitative and qualitative analysis showed that the Potrefená husa should place particular emphasis on promoting a unique dining experience and atmosphere of the restaurants through various marketing channels, along with active use of influencer marketing and online campaigns. It is also important to develop an online presence and monitoring market trends. For the Liberec branch, it is recommended to focus on making the lunch menu more attractive, its convenient location in the city centre and optimising occupancy during the day. Potrefená goose in Prague should focus on increasing average spend per person, to encourage tourists and foreign clientele, to optimise the lunch menu and to efficient restaurant occupancy. The IGY shopping centre in České Budějovice should be promote a favourable daily offer and at the same time it is appropriate to increase the average spending per person and to take advantage of the favourable location in the shopping centre. Potrefená goose in České Budějovice Budějovice on Česká Street should make its main efforts in marketing communication.
Influencers in destination marketing

The bachelor thesis focuses on the use of influencers as a part of marketing in tourist destination Vltavotýnsko. The theoretical part of the thesis focused on concepts like tourism, social media, and topics related to influencer marketing. The practical part is based on observations, structured interviews, and focus group. Based on these findings, recommendations are developed for collaborating with regional influencers, which can enhance the destination's cooperation with these personalities on social media.

In the theoretical part I focus on the definition of marketing, especially the marketing and communication mix, as well as the description of the analyzes I use in the work. In the second part I develop a communication mix for this company, as it does not have a marketing department. And also I focus on a proposal to improve the sales department.

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of sales promotion and advertising of a pet supplies company. In the company, marketing communication is largely neglected. In this thesis, a large part of marketing communication will be analyzed, but more attention will be paid to advertising and personal selling, as they form an essential part of the communication mix. The thesis will conclude by suggesting improvements that should lead to an increase in the number of sales, mainly due to an increase in the satisfaction and loyalty of regular customers and an increase in the number of new customers.
