E-commerce Design for a Small Business Owner

This bachelor thesis focuses on the design and creation of a low-cost e-commerce solution for a small business owner. The thesis includes, in addition to the theoretical background, the analysis of the entrepreneur's requirements and the resulting selection of a suitable e-commerce platform through a multi-criteria decision model. The thesis also includes a section with the design of the actual solution, where a detailed procedure for creating an e-shop on the Shoptet platform is presented.

The theoretical part closely describes concepts of project management, process modelling, audit and other identified topics. Second part contains a description of Garrett Motion company, in which this project is executed, their aim, locations and a analysis of current state. The design part introduces a project aiming on process optimization within IT Project Portfolio with BIC Tool and implementation of activities related to support these processes.
Implementation proposal of the information system

This master's thesis deals with the selection and design of the implementation of an procurement information system for company X, which is involved in the production of carbon black. To understand the issue at hand, theoretical foundations are first introduced. Subsequently, the issue of the current state in the company is addressed using relevant analyses to identify deficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Based on the acquired knowledge, a comparison is made, and another information system is selected. The thesis also includes a proposal for the possible course of its implementation.

The Master thesis deals with the possibility of implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) into the invoicing process of a public state office. The main objective of the thesis is to explore whether it is possible to automate the selected invoicing process using RPA technology and what are the potential benefits and limitations of such a step. It consists of three main parts: theoretical background, analysis of the current state, and the proposal of a solution.
Upgrading the Subsystem for Testing of the Safety Function of a Valve

The aim of this work is to develop a theoretical basis for the modernization of the subsystem for testing the valve function, the subsequent design and implementation of the visualization. The thesis briefly describes the steam turbine circulation and bypass technology. Thus, the technology of the system in which the safety function itself is located. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the functional safety analysis and describes the development of three analysis methods FTA, HAZOP and FMEA. The thesis also deals with the analysis and description of an existing application using a state diagram. From the subsequent analysis, the design of a new visualization is realized. The visualization is tested in the thesis using simulation which is performed on a real PLC and also using PLCSIM software.

The aim of this thesis is to create a project proposal for the implementation of an information system for registration and management of contracts in a small business that specializes in installing bath doors for people with reduced mobility. The thesis is developed using methods and procedures of project management. The thesis is divided into four parts; the first part introduces the objectives and methods of project management, the second part is dedicated to theoretical foundations, the third part presents the analyzed company and an analysis of the internal and external environment of the business, and the fourth part consists of the actual project proposal for the implementation of the information system and the overall benefits of the proposed solution.
Integration of Geovisto library components

Many tools have been created for the visualization of geographic data with different purposes and with different level of abstraction. Among the tools for data visualization on web applications in 2021 also included by the Geovisto library. This tool was created in order to easily visualize geographic data, which, according to the user’s choice, converts the input data into a visual form and allows easy configuration of this display. Due to unsatisfactory current status web application that presents the Geovisto library, this work aims to redesign this application to attract more users or developers and convey information, how the library itself works. The new web application should be user friendly and easy for administrators to maintain.
Selection and Implementation of the Business Intelligence Tools

The bachelor thesis is focused on the selection and implementation design of the Business Intelligence tool within the Management Information Systems project for Brno University of Technology. The theoretical part focuses on the theoretical background related to the subject of the thesis. The analytical part evaluates the current situation in the MIS project and provides the basis for the proposal part. In the proposal part, the selection of a suitable BI tool is made along with the design of the implementation.
