Changes of functions and land use in the model areas of Czechia

This diploma thesis deals with the development of land use from 1845 to 2015 in three different model areas of different functions. It examines which driving forces effects on the functions of the localities and which had a major influence on the change of the landscapes of the model areas, and at which time the greatest change in the structure of the land fund occurred. The research localities were selected to verify whether were the same or different driving forces of changing the landscape, and whether their development differed from the national trend of gradual reduction of arable land. In the model area of Chvaleč, this issue was examined up to the detail of individual parcels. Basic social driving forces include the agricultural revolution, the scientific and technological revolution, the expulsion of Germans after the Second World War, the socialization associated with the collectivisation of agriculture and the return to the market economy in the 1990s. The work uses a wide range of statistical sources, in particular the LUCC Czechia database which contains data of land use of the Czechia at the level of cadastral territories, which form a background of research in the mentioned localities. The posibility of journal publishing the results of nursing research

The aim of this thesis is to explore the possibility of publishing the results of research in professional nursing journals in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic. In connection with the increasing demand on the education of nurses the involvement of nurses in nursing research also increases and expands. The content and extent of nursing care is necessary to verify as well as to promote research in order to evaluate the effectiveness of nursing care. In this context, it is so interest the possibility of publishing the results of research and the criteria of the review process and other requirements imposed by editors of Czech and Slovak journals on authors interested in publications of scientific articles. In the theoretical part we deal with the development of nursing research journals. Work will be carried out by the analysis of written documents, citation analysis method that enables us to evaluate the documents on the basis of bibliographic references. We will draw on information sources in citation databases such as Science Citation Index, Web of Science, Scopus, Google Scholar in the category of Nursing, and the List of journals Publisher by the Council for Research, Development and Innovation of the Czech Republic. Mobile Application for Sports Activities

This bachelor thesis describes a creation of a mobile application that aims to reach users with a common interest in sport and to provide them with a suitable platform for sharing this hobby. An implemented system consists of the mobile application for Android platform and especially designed application server, offers a creation of a user community, whose members can share information about their sport activities or create new sport events. This work also enlightens logic and approaches of the system creation process using Android SDK, Java and MySQL database.

Web Interface for Data Administration

This thesis deals with the issue of proposing and implementing a web application designed for data administration. This application enables the administrator to create and graphically modify presentations of data configurations, which are consequently presented to the end users. The application also contains a template subsystem that makes the process of creating the presentations more efficient. This system provides the end users with tools by dint of which it is easy to organize the displayed information and to manipulate it. The logical part of the application is implemented in the PHP programming language and the database uses the MySQL technology. The programming languages utilized for realization of user space consist of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

On-Line Technical Diary

This thesis is about designing a web application, which works as a technical diary of motor vehicles. The application allows you to register regular or company user who can list any number of vehicles. For company's account its user has the option to assign vehicle's administration to a specific person. Listed vehicles have the ability to monitor its consumption and maintenance costs development. Furthermore, the application allows you to manage important vehicle notifications with its early warning system before expiration.

Virtual Waiting Room for Medical Practice

The aim of this Bachelor's thesis is to develop virtual waiting room at a doctor as webaplication, made up through development environment Laravel with using PHP languageand MySQL database system. The final aplication allows people to register into the system and log in to waiting queue without having to be physically present in the waiting room.

This master's thesis describe design and implementation of mobile and web application for supporting group work. Every team member send his work report in specific time period for compare themself with each other. In first part is described analysis and motivation for this application. Next chapters inform about similiar applications, Android platform and used technologies. In design chapter are described screens of mobile application, history of their design and web application design. In the last chapter is described implementation and testing.

Interfaces for Faceted Search in Indexed Wikipedia

Main aim of this thesis is to study existing systems of faceted search and to design own system based on faceted search in the index of Wikipedia. In this thesis we can meet with existing solutions of faceted search. From mistakes and failures of existing solutions was designed our own system, that is output of this thesis. Designed system is described in way of design and implementation. Product of thesis is application and graphical interface. Application interface can be integrated into existing informational system, where it can be used as multidimensional filter. Graphical interface provides option how can application interface be used in real system. System was created focusing on usefullness and simplicity, for using in existing information systems.
