Educational Simulator in WebAssembly Environment
Březina, Jaromír ; Janoušek, Vladimír (referee) ; Peringer, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of simulation of timed stochastic Petri nets and continuous block diagrams for educational purposes. The resulting application consists of two sub-parts. The first is a simple graphical editor that provides tools to create the desired model in the form of a Petri net or block diagram and visualize the simulation results. The graphical user interface of the editor was created using the React library. The second part of the application consists of a simulator implemented in C++, which is used to simulate the created model and is integrated into the entire solution as a WebAssembly module. The application also includes a set of 10 examples that serve as a demonstration of simple models suitable for educational purposes.
Ultrasound Simulation in Python
Nová implementace vylepšuje strukturu původního nástroje a poskytuje výkon srovnatelný s původním nástrojem, v určitých případech výkon původního balíku převyšuje.
Light Field Particle Effects
Škvařil, Jan ; Milet, Tomáš (referee) ; Chlubna, Tomáš (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to propose and implement a method combining light field and particle effects. Particles are rendered as billboards and their textures are created with synthetic light field, which is dynamically generated at runtime. Particles can also use several of these textures at the same time. The thesis also includes several implemented scenes demonstrating various functionality and measurements comparing proposed method with standard 3D rendering techniques.
Simulation-Based Development of Heating Control System
Tomeček, Jan ; Rozman, Jaroslav (referee) ; Janoušek, Vladimír (advisor)
This thesis is about optimalization of boiler heating from external sources. I have created a simulation model of Heating Control System. Subsequently, using a simulation model, I proposed possible optimizations for water heating control. The used optimization method was deep Q-learning. The result of this work shows the use of simulation for the development and optimalization of control systems.
Adaptive Trading Strategies for Cryptocurrencies
Filip, Marek ; Perešíni, Martin (referee) ; Homoliak, Ivan (advisor)
Práce nabízí investorům nové způsoby zisků a zároveň dává čtenářům možnost nahlédnout do tvorby (adaptivních) strategií a jejich zpětného testování v kódu. Předpokládá se, že výsledky práce budou využívány automatizovanými obchodními systémy.
Design of the robotic work cell for the spot welding
Hrubeš, Kryštof ; Szabari, Mikuláš (referee) ; Bražina, Jakub (advisor)
This work deals with the design and creation of a virtual simulation of a robotic workplace for spot welding in the Tecnomatix Process Simulate. The aim of the work is to get acquainted with the issues of robotic workplaces, especially in the field of spot. Then, based on this knowledge, design a robotic work cell for welding two sheets. The whole process will then be simulated in the Tecnomatix Process Simulate and this simulation will serve as a demonstration in teaching.
Planetary Gearbox Design for the Formula Student
Viktořík, Marek ; Řehák, Kamil (referee) ; Prokop, Aleš (advisor)
The purpose of the bachelor thesis is to design a reduction gearbox for a Formula Student Electric car. Firstly, the theoretical part summarizes the distribution of used transfers in the competition. Secondly, the research part analyses the proposals of reduction gears for monoposts of this competition in more detail. Thirdly, the description of reduction gears for passenger cars is provided. Finally, the result is the design of gears itself and their components transmitting torque. Furthermore, the FEM analysis of all critical parts of the transmission system is performed.
Design and Realization of Acoustic Adjustments of Listening Room
Vajda, Michal ; Miklánek, Štěpán (referee) ; Schimmel, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is devoted to the design of acoustic modifications of residential space and the subsequent implementation of these modifications. Its aim is to design an optimal solution of the space for listening to music in accordance with the Czech Technical Standards. The basic parameters investigated are reverberation time and acoustic quality criteria. The thesis deals with simulation in the EASE modelling program and addresses situations before and after acoustic treatment. The following methods and procedures are used to comprehensively address the above mentioned treatments and to achieve the set objective. Furthermore, the simulation is verified with a custom calculator in Excel. After using the absorbers suitable for adjustment, the implementation with the final measurement of the reverberation time is carried out. Finally, an additional modification design is created using Helmholtz resonators. The implemented methods achieve an optimal and frequency balanced reverberation time and the room can be used as a mixing hall for multi-channel sound recording.
Simulation and traffic control using Petri nets
Zbranek, Matyáš ; Holoubek, Tomáš (referee) ; Dobrovský, Ladislav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the modelling, simulation and control of a real traffic light intersection using Petri nets. Nowadays, when many people own a car, road traffic and time spent on the road becomes an important part of life. Intersections are often critical places where traffic slows down or even stops. The theoretical part introduces Petri nets, some traffic management systems and studies that have solved traffic situations using Petri nets. The practical part relies on traffic measurements at the intersection. The traffic light model, car clearance and the model of the whole intersection are described. In order to make the traffic in the simulation as close as possible to the real behaviour, stochastically timed Petri nets are used. Furthermore, possible control sequences are proposed and simulated with different traffic volumes. Finally, all data are evaluated and the designs are compared. The PetNetSim library editor was used to generate the models.
