Design and construction of automatic galvanic line
Vondruš, Jiří ; Janda, Marcel (referee) ; Melichar, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design of automated system of electroplating. The first part is centered on designing the technological process for this electroplating and the setout of operating vats. It also deals with the project of mechanical construction, electrical system, with the computing procedure and the optimum choice of gear for galvanic line model. The work includes the design of a DC motor controller, the computing procedure and the construction of heating element for vats heater simulation. The last part of this thesis offers an insight to the control system and the assembled program. In the addendum, the photo of the realized model, the wiring scheme, and the programme transcript for control galvanic line model can be found.
Adaptive optimal controllers with principles of artificial intelligence
Mrázek, Michal ; Malounek, Petr (referee) ; Pivoňka, Petr (advisor)
Master’s thesis describes adaptive optimal controller design which change parameters of algorithm based on the system information regard for optimal criterion. Generally, the optimal controller solves the problem of minimum states vector. Problems of desired value and steady-state error are solved by variation in optimization algorithm.
Modification of 3D milling machine to 3D printer
Halamíček, Lukáš ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
This thesis deals with rebuilding of engraving machine to 3D printer. In the first part it describes possible 3D printing technologies and its utilizations in rebuilding. In the next section suitable parts for reconstruction are chosen and described. Then the controlling of heating bed, hot end and filament feed is realized by using software TwinCAT by company Beckhoff. Functional 3D printer should be result of this thesis.
Ball Sorting Manipulator Driven by PLC
Mareček, Petr ; Matoušek, Radomil (referee) ; Knispel, Lukáš (advisor)
This thesis deals with using PLC (Programmable Logic Controler) for sorting colored balls using the color sensor. Theoretical part also describes principle of operation elements ball-sorting manipulator and presents the types of programming languages. Practical part describes the construction of the mechanism created in software Autodesk Inventor and solution of the electronic compoments, circuits. Finally, introduces the reader programming in ANSI C and the software Bernecker&Rainer Automation Studio.
Design and implementation of tutorials for PLC B&R Automation
Sýkora, Daniel ; Matoušek, Radomil (referee) ; Lang, Stanislav (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the design and the implementation tutorials for PLC B&R as well as the detailed instructions of work in the Automation Studio. It contains information about the company B&R Ges. m. b. H. and its products. The design tutorials have been made in the Automation Studio. The practical task has been solved and tested in B&R PLC X20.
Design of control system for garden irrigation with Siemens LOGO!
Michl, Antonín ; Kovář, Jiří (referee) ; Andrš, Ondřej (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a garden irrigation control system, its components and its implementation to the Siemens LOGO!. The individual components were chosen and the control program was created. The proposal is based on the specific input conditions and it takes into account the general assumptions. The LOGO!Soft Comfort simulation program was used to design the PLC control program and the LOGO! 0BA6 module was used as the logic controller. Complete system was tested in laboratories of the Institute of Automation and Computer science at Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Brno. The testing results showed proper and desired behavior.
Movement unit design and realization
Šmarda, Milan ; Lang, Stanislav (referee) ; Marada, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor work deals with construction of model of hydraulic moving unit. As pattern we used model of EDU-mot company, which is used for especially for education purpose. There is describe all development from scheme to manufacturing of all part that model. We talk about design of motherboard, which is now universal for every model, which has eight inputs and eight outputs. Model is controlled by microcontroller AT mega 16. That microcontroller was programmed by programming environment AVR. And whole model was controlled by program from environment STEP7 Micro/win by language STL.
EDU-mod model control by programmable logic controller FX3U
Marek, David ; Němec, Zdeněk (referee) ; Marada, Tomáš (advisor)
This work was created as a support for teaching at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Brno University of Technology at the Institute of Automation and Computer Science for the study of Programmable automatic machines. The aim of this work was to acquaint with the models of EDU-mod system, Mitsubishi FX3U-32M programmable automatic machine and the GX IEC Developer 7.01 development environment, then to create the sample settings with the tasks controlling elaboration and to verify their functionality by PLC consequently.
Automatic wash machine design and realization
Železný, Jan ; Lang, Stanislav (referee) ; Marada, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor‘s thesis is dealing with the design and realization of automatic wash machime, from EDU-mod models, as a support for Programmable logic controllers course. There is a detailed description of the manufacturing process, from design and realization, to verify the functionality of the model. The basis of the board is microcontroller Atmel ATmega16A. Program for procesor was created in software Atmel AVR Studio, and then send to ATmega by programmer UniProg-USB PK Design. Functionality of the model were verified by controlling by PLC Siemens Simatic S7-200.
Evaluation of damaged components for photovoltaic power plant monitoring
Rataj, Pavel ; Jančík, Stanislav (referee) ; Marada, Tomáš (advisor)
The thesis deals with proposal and implementation of a test station for feasible measurement of Hall´s probes, which are used for measurement of extensive direct currents, especially in FVE. The customers are often complaining about Hall´s probes. The solution is specific model of probe, which would be enabling to accelerate measuring of given back probes from working order and evaluation for proper functions of probes. For the final asses we need to compare given back probe with so-called Hall probe. The so-called Hall´s probe will be permanently placed on model and will indicate relatively identical data. PLC made by DOMAT company will compare and evaluate data, whether a difference measured from both probed is acceptable or not.
