Personal Marketing of the Firm Focused on Graduates

This diploma thesis deals with HR marketing of company aimed to students and graduates who will create the future of the company. This work contains the analysis of expectations of students as future employees, analysis of the current state of the company and external factors. The proposal will design activities that the company is about to bring to increase both the amount of quality candidates from a range of graduates and more efficient use of resources of HR department.
Analýza programu Nestlé Kariérní poradenství pro univerzitní studenty a čerstvé absolventy

The main goal of the thesis is to analyse the current situation of Nestlé Career Counselling program and make proposals which would lead to the increasing quality of this program. The thesis also stated to secondary aims. The thesis is structured into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part of this thesis aims at mapping the theoretical background of Career Counselling. It is divided into two chapters. The First chapter describes the theoretical framework of Career Counselling including history of Career Counselling and Current Situation also describing the characteristics of Generation Y. The Second chapter describes Types of Career Counselling concentrating on Institutional and Corporate Career Counselling. The Practical part is also divided into two chapters. First the company Nestlé is described, including also the history and Nestlé needs youth initiative. The Last chapter deals with Nestlé Counselling, the development of the program is mapped and analysed. Furthermore, the analysis of statistical date and students´ survey were conducted. Finally, the SWOT analysis of the program is done and there have been made proposals for the year 2016.
Green marketing and its impact on consumer behaviour

This bachelor thesis is devoted to green marketing, and how this kind of marketing affects consumer behaviour. Describes in detail what is green marketing and its components, and also describes the negative part of green marketing - greenwashing. It also deals with the topic of corporate social responsibilty and in the last theoretical part with the consumer beahviour. In the practical part was created quantitative research in the form of online survey, which aimed at identifying people's awareness of green marketing knowleadge of green marketing, what opinion this consumers have about eco-friendly products and the impact of green marketing on buying decisions of young people.
Recruitment process in an international company

The goal of the thesis Recruitment process in an international company is to describe selection and recruitment of employees in EY company, analyze data connected with these personnel activities and make suggestions of possible improvements of these processes based on the survey conducted by the author. The theoretical part deals with personnel management, its evolution and functions. Furthermore, this part also explains some terms connected with recruitment and describes classical as well as modern methods of the personnel functions. In addition, the theoretical part describes issues of personnel marketing and Generation Y with respect to recruitment processes. In the practical part, the company EY is introduced, and this part focuses on the recruitment process of Generation Y and personnel marketing of the company itself. Moreover, the survey with topic Satisfaction with recruitment process was conducted among members of Generation Y who started working at EY during year 2015. On the ground of this survey, three main suggestions of how to improve these processes were made.
Comparison of consumer behavior of Generation Y in Czech Republic and Hong Kong

This master thesis aims to compare consumer behavior of generation Y (people born in the period 1982-2002) in the Czech Republic and Hong Kong, based on questionnaire data. Special attention is paid to corporate social responsibility and protection of the environment, which begin to play an important role in consumer behavior. The differences between nations are examined through the questionnaire survey, which was filled out by 155 respondents. For a deeper understanding and identification of individual motifs, consumers were conducted semi-structured interviews that focused on environmental problems and corporate social responsibility. Hong Kong and the Czech Republic have different level of individualism and uncertainty avoidance, except these two cultural dissimilarities, there were no significant differences between these two nations. Environmental protection plays a larger role in the consumer behavior of Generation Y than corporate social responsibility for both nations. Corporate social responsibility is more important for young women than for young men.

The diploma thesis aims to discourse how China´s competitiveness has developed in the 21st century, with a special focus on human capital as one of the key factors of production that greatly fosters competitive advantage. The first chapter builds up a theoretical framework for the research part of the thesis. It reviews the concepts of competitiveness, Michael Porter´s diamond, and the theory of human capital. The second chapter examines trends and challenges of China´s competitive advantage according to Michael Porter´s diamond model. The third chapter evaluates the development of China´s human capital, its cultivation, current state, and surveys the generation Y´s attitudes to human capital.
Generation Quoi – recruitment for Czech Television

In this project were filmed interviews with young people in the age from 18 to 34. The interviews focused on the young people opinions, attitudes and the way of life.
Generation Y: Development of lifestyle opinions during the period 2007 - 2013

The diploma thesis investigates the topic of Generation Y in the context of development of lifestyle opinions during the period 2007 until 2013. The objective is to reveal specific trends in the area of lifestyle opinions during research period with focus on the Czech Republic. To fulfil this objective, diploma thesis analyses internal information sources of Omnicom Media Group in order to understand the current state of marketing knowledge towards generation Y worldwide. In order to maximize the relevancy with regard to Czech Republic, quantitative and qualitative research methods are used. The quantitative research part analyses trends on the basis of six waves of continuous research project of Median. The qualitative research part applies the focus group methodology in order to add incremental knowledge and discover novel topics which exceed the scope of the continuous research project.
The expectations of students and graduates from the future employer

The aim of this thesis is to outline the expectations of students and graduates from their future employer. The theoretical part focuses on explaining the aspects that affect characteristics of students and graduates as future employees. The theoretical part also concentrates on issues of unemployment and on the other hand it deals with supportive programs for student's employment. Other discussed issue is the Generation Y, and its nomenclature, time definition as well as its forming aspects and its characteristics at work place. The practical part is focused on comparing the theoretical assumptions with the results of the survey, answered by 319 respondents. The quantitative method was used in the survey through half-structured online questionnaire. Results outlined the expectations of students and graduates about starting salary and employee benefits, as well as the priorities when choosing a job and preferred work environment.
Methods of internal comunication from the point of view of the generation Y

This diploma thesis deals with the matter of internal communication methods from the point of view of today's young generation, so called generation Y. It aims on the enterprise social networks. The thesis is divided into the two common parts: the theory and the research. In the theoretical part there is a brief introduction into the field of internal communication; and the communication methods are put into the process of Communication. Further the specific methods for internal communication are introduced. The segment of enterprise social networks as a new way within the internal communication is introduced further mote. The research is connected to the theoretical part and focuses on the position of the generation Y to their potential usage of enterprise social media in internal communication within a certain company. This research is in compliance with the proposed strategy.
