The bachelor thesis deals with group art therapy with intact population, which is explored on the created and realized model of the group called Self-Recognition Art Course. The theoretical part explains to the reader aspects of group psychotherapy - issues of effective factors of change, the role of the therapist, client's aspects, the course of groups. It also focuses on the issue of group artetherapy - issues of structure, techniques, interpretation and intervention. The practical part represents a concrete example of arteterapeutical group work with intact population, case studies are described in detail work with individual clients.The work identifies the effects of group artetherapy in the field of mental hygiene and personal development.
Theatre work of people with mental disability

The subject of my task deals with the work of disabled theatre performers with the aim to analyze and describe the entire process of creation of a theatre performance in an amateur assemble. Furthermore, the benefit of the dramatic production for both personal as well as social development of the disabled performers, derived from the theoretical assumptions, was evaluated. The work at first highlights the features and classification of the metal retardation degree and is trying to inform about very special expressive approaches in both therapeutics and pedagogy. Much attention is paid to the drama-related therapies, such as dramatherapy and especially teatrotherapy which will underline the outcome of the whole creation process - a performance. The dramatic production itself, set within the framework of the expressive abovementioned therapies, is influenced by the way of the dramatic education and, therefore, its fundamental principles and methods of its creation are presented as well. Through the common instruments employed in the quality research, i.e. the observations and interviews with the participants in the drama-creation scheme, the whole process of the performance creation from rehearsal to the premiere is explored. The use of neurolinguistic programming at public service employees

The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis summarizes the most important findings of neurolinguistic programming. It also contains a description of selected techniques. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to compare the NLP with techniques applied in practice for the development of soft skills of inspectors of the State Office for Nuclear Safety. This goal was achieved through unstructured interviews and the study of internal documents, working materials and course texts. The thesis also contains semi-structured questionnaire, supplemented by information obtained by unstructured interview with inspectors and other communication with them. This questionnaire explores the opinion of inspectors on soft skills education, neuro-linguistic programming, and interest in further training in these areas.
Analysis of the content of work performance of pedagogical workers in pre-primary education

The aim of the thesis is to analyse the governance of educational staff output in the nursery environment. The thesis highlights the need for governance based on the control of human resources agreed between the nursery director and the educational staff regarding the future work output. The theoretical part is concerned with the interactions between governance and personal work effort. The key terms of personal work effort, governance and the content of work output are defined in accordance with expert literature. The practical part deals with research investigations within the nursery environment with the aim of analysing the governance of educational staff. It will provide information as to whether nursery directors have formal governance contract in place with their staff with respect to the expected work output and whether the educational staff have a plan of personal development. It will additionaly analyse how both nursery directors and educational staff use the assessment of their future work and whether the staff are provided with feedback. A questionnaire will be used to enable the research. Based on the questionnaire results a semi-structured interview with the nursery director and analysis of nursery documents will be conducted.
Improvisation and personality: exploring the effects of practicing improvisational theater on the development of select personality characteristics

This paper's first portion overviews the extant academic literature in an attempt to provide insight into the development of personality through the practice of improvisational theater. First, the author defines improvisation in relation to the broader concept of theater, identifies commonalities between it and play, and demonstrates its educational and therapeutic uses. She goes on to address the demands improvisation places on the actor's personality, with a focus on collaboration, creativity and spontaneity. Concluding the overview, the author explains the purpose of improvisation classes and, using the example of working with creativity, spontaneity and their inhibitors, describes how such classes facilitate the development of improvisation skills. In the paper's second portion, the author proposes a study designed to empirically assess the theory laid out previously. She suggests the use of an experiment to track the changes in selected personality traits over the course of a year of improvisation training.
Shaping a Child in Art Classes in a Small-Classes School

This thesis, in theoretical part, is focused on art education as part of the esthetic education. Than there are presented problems of Small-Class Schools in relation to art class on primary school and the artwork accompanying the development of the child as a character. In the practical part, there are presented the results of the research, which was carried out on the selected case study Small-Class School. In the final part, thesis summarizes the knowledge on the possibilities and peculiarities of art education as part of the education of the pupils at the primary school in the context of the specific condition of the Small-Class School. Influence of leisure activities on the quality of life of people with intellectual disabilities

This thesis deals with leisure activities that have an impact on leisure and quality of life of persons with severe mental disabilities. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of people with intellectual disabilities, their social integration, the concept of quality of life and leisure activities for the full use of their free time. The practical part is devoted to leisure activities that are provided to clients with severe mental disabilities in Liberec DH. In this part the processing of his observations in the context of the research. In conclusion evaluates the fulfillment of the objectives of this thesis.
Methods and principles of self-reflection and personal development

(in English): The thesis deals with the topic of perception of one's own body and it's connection to selfreflection - especially sensation of one's own personality, in the context of school education. The thesis is an overview study, introducing the so-called education of embodiment. In the second part, the thesis describes main principles of embodied learning and their importance for self-reflection. The thesis utilizes the method of art based research, which confirms the importance of embodied learning for personal development and describes principles, methods and approaches, that allow to implement embodied learning. The thesis is a contribution to the real educational practice in the topic of personal development as a cross- curricular theme personal and social development.
Mentoring in the school environment, the Czech Republic, focusing on possible barriers to its use

The diploma thesis deals with one of the professional support - mentoring, its use in education and its models and consequently its risks. The aim of this work is to determine what barriers both general and specific type appear in the use of mentoring programs in schools and to create overview. The need for a comprehensive view were approached respondents who are most often confronted with mentoring or experiencing a particular experience. They are mentors, mentoring, along with school principals. The combination of these perspectives creates expert insight on the themes explored. Mentoring opens new horizons in education, the theoretical part of us familiar with the development and insights into this unique professional support. It refers to the introduction of this phenomenon difficult to practice, supported by mistrust and low awareness by teaching the public. Research is based on the information available in the literature, the outputs mentoring associations and organizations of articles or contributions from professional journals. Evaluates approach to introducing mentoring along with its risks and recommendations for optimal development and implementation of mentoring support.
