Title: 100 m hurdle race women in fire sport. Objectives: A description of the discipline of 100 m hurdle race women and a description of rendition technique from the methodical point of view is the main objective of this work. Methods: A descriptive method and a video record analysis were used in this work. Each phases are slowed-motion and retroactive described. Results: It`s a methodical description of the discipline with the video record and it will be used for coaching purposes for beginning and also advanced racers. It will improve technique of 100 m hurdle race and also achieve better sports performances too. Keywords: run, start, hurdle, beam, fire divider, technique, movement, analysis.
Success runs in series of Bernoulli trials
Mach, Tibor ; Anděl, Jiří (advisor) ; Dvořák, Marek (referee)
This work is focused on selected probability characteristics of runs in a sequence of Bernoulli trials and on some randomness tests based on these runs. Based on Markov chains, an explicit formula is derived for the probability that the first success run of a lenght $k$ in a sequence of independent Bernoulli trials occurs in the $n$-th trial and other formulas for this probability are mentioned. Furthermore, approximations of the exact value of this probability (particularly the Feller approximation), bounds of these approximations, and their numeric relations are examined. Lastly, a test of randomness based on the lenght of the longest run in a sequence of $n$ Bernoulli trials and a test based on the total amount of runs are derived.
Monitoring and comparison of teaching athletics at elementary schools in the Czech Budejovice
SAJTL, Ondřej
The content of this thesis is monitoring and comparation of athletics education in basic schools in České Budějovice. Teoretical part includes the knowledge of health, fyzical activity, the importance of PE and athletics. We had made the questionare and according to this we found out the atributes of PE education in all schools. After that we made the spectrum which allowed us to compare all schools. The practical part is focused on data collection of each school. The result of individual questions and final results are shown in charts at the end.
Person Identification Based on Locomotion
Pražák, Ondřej ; Richter, Miloslav (referee) ; Horák, Karel (advisor)
This paper deals with study of human movement and using that in identification. In the first part of my work are explained characteristics of human movement and factors which take effect on these characteristics. Practical part is dealing with design of program which is solving mentioned problems. The input of program is created by video sequence with lateral movement of human. The program is finding coordinates of lower limbs joints. From this coordinates are created locomotion characteristics used for human identification. Matching of time behaviors is based on correlation.
Analysis of marketing communication Mattoni in conjunction with RunCzech
Kočan, Anton ; Postler, Milan (advisor) ; Miláček, Marek (referee)
This thesis elaborates and suggests marketing communication activities of the project Mattoni FreeRun. The activities to be used in the project are also accompanied by suggestions and improvements, which may inspire the project management to communicate ideas. The main idea of the project is to activate Mattoni FreeRun runners together with the brand, which aims to combine running and water Mattoni in one indivisible community, which will be perceived among runners and will long continue in their minds. Project Mattoni FreeRun will try to point out through selected activities mutual and almost integral connection between running and water in daily active, but also ordinary people's lives. The main thrust of the project Mattoni FreeRun is for its existence with its partners (RunCzech, Addidas) and some people, the so-called "ambassadors" to create a running community that will spread the idea between themselves and the general public.
The Influence of Dynamic Stretching to the Immediate Enforcement
SVOBODA, Vojtěch
The work is focused on the evaluation of the impact of two types of stretching on subsequent performance. With regard to the content can be divided into practical and theoretical. A practical part brings relevant knowledge to solve problems. Attention is given to the anatomy of the muscle fiber, the physiology of muscle contraction and muscle connections with the central nervous system. The study also describes the proprioceptive function of muscles, the anatomical dimensions and principles of operation. In connection with the internal control possibilities stretching the muscles are in the theoretical part also describes the reflexes at the level of the muscle fiber. General principles of stretching can be found in this section too. The following is a detailed resolution types of stretching and their implementation, advantages and disadvantages. At the end of the theoretical part describes general contraindications stretching and hypermobility as one of the risk factors. The second part belonged to practical research. The research aims to answer the question: "Which type of stretching before exercise has a better effect on the actual performance?" For this purpose we selected eight active athletes. After showing of concrete stretching workouts were tested person familiar with the disciplines in which the effect of stretching measured. It was a 40 yard sprint, a specific form of the shuttle run, jump from a place in the distance and the implementation of push-ups without stopping to find the maximum number of times. These disciplines have been always performed after the application of one type of stretching, with a minimum range of measurement was determined at 24 hours, for reasons of objectivity research. Overall, each activity was measured four times - twice after the static and twice after the dynamic stretching. Research records the individual variations in the measured values after the static and dynamic stretching in all tests. For better clarity, the deviations from the established arithmetic averages referring to the average positive and negative deviations. The resulting values are then captured in tables, graphically and verbally explained. All the four measurements showed analogous results. In the first three disciplines is a better determination of the dynamic type of stretching due to the relatively higher performance of individual activities. For Sprint and the shuttle run times were recorded less necessary to overcome the distance. At the same time was also significantly better in negative average deviation of the measured times after dynamic stretching. The last tested motion became workout pushups without rest for the maximum number of repetitions achieved. Based on this research it is not possible to determine the appropriate method of preparation for discipline. Implementation of push ups assigns power-endurance nature. Due to the relatively clear results for the other, short-term activities associated with the maximum of performance, it seems clear that the type of stretching manifests a greater impact with this type of load compared to strength-endurance exercise in the form of push-ups. Chapter titled "Discussion" is again divided into two parts. In the first analysis is made of the results and conclusions with regard to possible opposition view on objectivity of measurement. Research is generally considered as the objective and the results are accorded legitimacy. In the second part of the discussion are the conclusions obtained subject to comparison with other international studies that have looked at the impact of these types of stretching at the same or a similar discipline. Given the above facts and research itself can be considered for answering the research question. Short-term disciplines carried out with maximum intensity can be demonstrated dynamic stretching before the actual performance for better compared to static stretching.
Video program of methodology for rehearsal of running technique with emphasis of special running exercises
PEJCHAR, Jaroslav
The bachelor thesis deals with the methodology of training of running skill whereas the theoretic part desribes mainly the correct running skill during endurance runs or short sprints, the detailed process of a crouch start and also special running excercises leading to an improvement of running skill and strenghtening of legs and other methods for a development of speed and endurance. Further the thesis defines general issues concerning running, basic terms and runner equipment. Integral parts of this thesis are an enclosed video which serves as an instruction for methodology of running training, and an interview with a professional athlete Ms. Ludmila Formanova which is particularly focused on training of running skill and importance special running excercises.
