This Master's thesis deals with analyses of customer satisfaction and loyalty to the GiTy, a.s. company. The theoretical part of the thesis explains problems of customer satisfaction and loyalty and their measurement. Furthermore, it deals with marketing research, with a focus on questionnaire-based data acquisition. The practical part of the thesis includes the company presentation, survey design and methodology of the data analysis. This part also describes the continuous customer satisfaction measuring system of the company. The implementation of this measuring system was the aim of this thesis.

The subject of the diploma thesis is a business plan, which consists of the establishment of a new company with its own nut products. The first chapter contains the theoretical background of the thesis concerning the business and the established analytical methods. The second part deals with the analysis of the current situation of the external and internal environment of the company, with the application of marketing research. The third part is devoted to the development of a specific business plan, using the knowledge from previous chapters.

The thesis focuses on a marketing analysis of the Victoria company, a travel agency located in Brno. Its principal objective is to create a corporate marketing strategy based on a marketing research and analyses that determine preferences and interests of consumers in the area of tourism. The thesis is subdivided into two sections – theoretical and practical. The theoretical section comprises chapters describing various theoretical bases of marketing as well as the manner of drafting a marketing plan. The practical section presents practical findings related to the thesis.

The bachelor´s thesis is focused on the proposal of communication mix for the newly established tennis club based on the analytical part. Gross Tenis club Nová Ves is a club of which is the main purpose and the main activity to improve the performance of talented young tennis players and to promote sports education of young people. The work includes the theoretical, analytical and proposal part. The theoretical part summarizes the basic knowledge from the literature. The analytical part includes the analysis of contemporary market situation and the marketing research among the potential clients of the pub. The proposal part introduces own proposals of the communication mix of the tennis club.

This diploma thesis deals with communication mix of company Sonnentor s.r.o. The main aim of the thesis is to extend current communication mix which should mainly attract new potential customers and improve current propagation. Theoretical solutions defined in the first part of thesis are followed by analytic part where current status of the company is described. The last part suggests changes and recommendations which should be oriented to improvement of customers satisfaction and future revenues.

Customer-oriented marketing of a construction company

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of marketing communication of a construction company with a focus on the creation and understanding of goodwill. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts of market, marketing, goodwill and information retrieval process. The practical part evaluates the current state of the construction market, taking into account the marketing strategies and the related creation and maintenance of goodwill. Subsequently, proposals for procedures for strengthening the goodwill of the companies under review are presented.
