The main content of this thesis is analysis and proposal of supplying between storages in company Hella Autotechnik Nova in Mohelnice. The main content of creation of this company is wide sort of front headlamps, rear and break lights, but also there is some sort of its washers for the most famous cars brands. Otherwise this thesis is about modification of basic layout, what can be seen there nowadays between external storage Meriva and logistic centre, what is located in main building of this company.

The theoretical part explains the individual concepts of logistics. The analysis of the current situation of a selected company describes the current order processing, activities that affect order processing and how these activities contribute to the order realization. There are solution proposals in the field of information and material flows as a part of this thesis. These proposals contribute to streamline the course of the order management by the company.

The Role of Information and Communication in Organisations Diagnostic Tools of Information and Communication Processes The thesis has the objective to explore the interaction of the terms information and communication in organizational settings, and to identify their common characteristics and direct mutual influence. By introducing settings with open and closed communication climates, and diagnostic tools of communication and information audits, the author highlights the mutual overlap of these terms. The first part of the thesis provides an introduction into the theoretical terms information and communication as used in the historical context of their mother disciplines, identifies their similarities and differences, and, most importantly, highlights the long-term intense overlap of these terms at various levels. The second part goes on to introduce the basic forms of organizational structures affecting information transfer, i.e. direction, speed and accuracy of formal and informal information flows in organizational communication networks. The concept of information is brought into context with communication climate which has a direct influence on its form, quantity, quality and timeliness. This bachelor thesis deals with optimization of production processes in the company, its information and also material flows conducted in planned production. The first part focuses on the theoretical description and background of the issue. In the second, practical part, this work will discuss and then analyze the production process of selected company. According drafted analyzes and theoretical basis, this thesis determine the problems and shortcomings of the process. In the last phase it provides suggestions to improve founded shortcomings and their implementation into production.

Use of logistics during floods in the chosen locality

The main objective of this thesis was analyzing material and information flow during floods in the chosen company. I have chosen company JITEX Písek a.s., which had to face to huge flood in year 2002. The sub-objective was found options of improvement in these flows, which are described in conclusion of this thesis. For gain of important information were used structured interviews with the managers of JITEX like Technical Director and Production Manager. On the basis of the data was a detailed description of the information and material flow and measures, which the company had to accept. Follow evaluation of the impact of the floods on other business activity.

The theoretical part defines basic concepts of selected problematics. The analytical part of the work describes the company where the thesis is processed. The practical part deals with selected indicators of the company and describes the current state of the problem. The proposal part defines possible solutions and selects the best option for the material flow management.

It deals with an order management in ABC company which is focused on construction and service of telecommunication networks. The first part is focused on theoretical background which are crucial for understanding to bussines process management. The analysis of current situation describes how the ordes is managed nowday. The thesis also contains suggestions how to solve determinated problems. This may lead to obtaining of new orders, increasing of satisfaction of customers, and increasing of competititvness of the company.

The diploma thesis concerns the internal communication in the company which I have selected. The theoretical part of the thesis describes generally the findings about communication and internal communication. The body focuses on an analysis of the internal communication within the selected company, using the questionnaire. The analysis includes recommendations based on the results of the survey, which could enhance the effectiveness of internal communication within the company structure.
