Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá návrhom implementácie Milkrunu na konkrétnu výrobnú linku v spoločnosti Vaillant Industrial Slovakia s.r.o. Na základe teoretických poznatkov sa dostaneme k analýze súčasného stavu a návrhu zlepšenia vďaka ktorému je zlepšený materiálový a informačný tok na linke, redukované množstvo zásob vo výrobe a zefektívnenie navážania materiálu vo výrobnom procese. This bachelor thesis deals with a proposal of a Milkrun implementation on the specific production link in Vaillant Industrial Slovakia s.r.o. Based on theoretical knowledge we get to analyze the current situation and my own proposal of improvement thanks to it is improved material and information flow on the link, reduced work in progress and efficiency increase of line feeding in manufacturing process.
