The Development of Staff through Further Corporate Learning (in sellected productive company)

The bachelor thesis deals with further corporated learning. The thesis includes theoretical knowledge about corporate training, further description of the education system in the selected productive company, and a comparison of theory and applied practice. In the theoretical part there are defined terms related to the field of business education, such as learning, education, corporated and professional training, staff development and also the concepts of employee and company. Other subsections are devoted to strategic and systematic training in business, personnel department as part of an organization that provides these activities, corporates culture as one of the main factors that affects the manner and conditions of learning, learning organizations as an ideal model of corporated learning and also there is dedicated space for summary of the reasons and advantages of training activities in the company. The practical part deals with the description of the selected productive company, in terms of history, current organizational structure, personnel department, which coordinates and provides development and training activities, the system of further corporated learning from the perspective of the company, the solutions for these activities in critical years (2008-2009) and direction of the company's...
Education of Employees in Non-governmental Organizations

As far as my diploma thesis is concerned I deal here with the topic of education of employees in non-governmental organizations. The theoretical part of my work is focused on clarification of often used terms connected with this issue, such as non-governmental organizations, education, qualification and competency, learning organization etc. I address the next part of my work to the system of education in organizations generally and then I search for the particularities of this issue in non-governmental organizations. My work deals with form and system of education of employees in non-governmental organizations, with motivation for education and how the employees themselves perceive the education and vocational development in their non-governmental organizations. To gain data for case study I used the method of qualitative research - method of half-structured interviews which I led with employees and managing employees of non-governmental organizations. The main idea of my work was to understand how the situation on this field look like, what are the trends and progress of education of employees and what news it could bring to civil society or rather to the society in general.
Employees Training and Development in the Company

This thesis is focused on the training and development of employees in the unnamed company XYZ, specifically in the Control Driving Vision Department. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on the study of professional literature and defines the basic notions related to the field of development and training. It also describes company education, its goals and methods. The conclusion of the theoretical part is focused on the systematic approach to training and its parts. The practical part contains a brief description of chosen organization and describes the system of education in the company. Recommendations have been made based on the evaluation of information gained from the interview and survey results, which could help company to improve the current educational system.
Management of Education of Employees in Organisation

This thesis is dedicated to the process of education in a particular organisation. The aim of the thesis is to identify and evaluate the current system of education in surroundings of the particular organisation and in case of deficiencies suggest appropriate project that will lead to improvement. In the theoretical part it is processed the issues of employee education and the other related concepts with the aid of the analysis of secondary sources which comprise the study of the literature and other available materials. The practical part describes the organisation and the process of employee education with the aid of analysis of internal materials. There are also evaluated outcomes of quantitative research with utilization of questionnaire. On the basis of survey results it is suggested to implement a training course in communication skills in the form of e-learning. This course can help to improve the current educational system and employee contentment within the organisation.
Lifelong education, employee selection and corporate culture of the chosen company

The main objective of this diploma thesis is to characterize forms of education in selected enterprise, analyse it in relation to the corporate culture and suggest changes leading to a desirable future state of the knowledge-based economy. In connection with the theme and the main objective of this thesis is the research also focused on the corporate culture, the recruitment and the selection of employees. The theoretical part consists of theoretical knowledge, which relate to the issue of development of employees through lifelong learning, selection of employees, corporate culture and knowledge economy. The practical part contains information about selected company. This part also analyses the corporate culture, the selection and training of employees, through the use of quantitative and qualitative methods. The obtained results are the basis for proposing effective changes. At the end of the diploma thesis are proposed some changes which should improve the current situation, especially the area of employee training to reach a knowledge-based economy in the future.
Vliv vzdělávání pracovníků ve střední firmě na její firemní kulturu

The bachelor thesis deals with employees' education and its influence on corporate culture of the organization. In the introductory theoretical part keystones- disciplines of a learning organization according to Peter Senge are defined. The author focused on system thinking discipline because it is a very important foundation stone on the way of building a learning organization and it is closely connected with company employees' education. In the end of the theoretical part the author draws conclusion that all theoretically described disciplines in reality take place without company's awareness. Therefore it is highly important to deal with these events and put them in context. The author's ideas stem from a hypothesis that a successful growth and development of a company is closely connected with systematic education in the company. The practical part of the bachelor thesis presents CCV Ltd. company which is undergoing an educational project sponsored by ESF. It is a long-term project with the aim to give lectures on the given topics as well as create a systematic and sustainable educational system. Further, there are presented and evaluated two researches which were carried out in the company and which analyse corporate culture. Objectives defined in this part of the thesis focus on assessment of the state of corporate culture before launching the project and after a major part of the educational training. In the final part there is an account of the ability of training and education of employees on corporate culture development from a learning organization's point of view according to Peter Senge and Ivana Tichá.

The subject of my graduation theses is „Proposal and Apply into Practice of a System of Learning Organization“. Because of high competitive conduct in the marketplace and continual progress in all of branches, the continual improving is very important for all companies. Many of workers are often irreplaceable. And company is becoming very vulnerable in the case of his inability or leaving. This problem can be solved by transformation of „a learning organization“. It is the complicated process, when is necessary to change an organization structure, to analyse current working stations and to analyse real organization´s requirements (personal audit). Coessential part is an actual description of working stations, determination and evaluation single worker´s competences and fulfilment evaluation. By establishing „a system of a learning organization“ we can get a target for future and also we put aside a risk so-called „irreplaceable worker“. A practical part is targeted on research. The main instruments are questionnairies and interview. The questionnairies are targeted on worker´s satisfaction, competence and evaluation. Gained information can be used for comparation with the previous research and as a base for a proposal. A theoretical part is targeted on methodology that deals with evaluation of workers and also with components of „a system of learning organization“. It means a methodology of working station´s analyse, determination and evaluation single worker´s competences, methodology 360° etc. The purpose of this work is to propose and apply of „a system of a learning organization“.
Principles of learning organization project team

This thesis deals with theory and practice of learning organizations applied to the IT project team. In theoretical part key definitions and terms related to the problems of the learning organization and the information society. At the same time gives a demonstrative interpretation of the self-learning organization by various authors and presents their specific models. As the fundamental, this thesis uses the theory of Peter Senge, with which it is being worked also in the practical part, where the IT project team is analysed of their behaviour, and compared to the results obtained with the theory of the five disciplines of Peter Senge. In conclusion there is a set of recommendations that could improve the functioning of the IT development team and achieve a greatest compliance with the learning organization concept.
