Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce je podnikové vzdělávání. Práce obsahuje teoretické poznatky o podnikovém vzdělávání, dále popis systému vzdělávání ve vybraném výrobním podniku a určité porovnání teorie a uplatňované praxe. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny pojmy, vztahující se k oblasti podnikového vzdělávání, jako učení se, vzdělávání, podnikové a profesní vzdělávání, rozvoj pracovníků a též pojmy zaměstnanec, pracovník a podnik. Další podkapitoly jsou věnovány strategickému a systematickém vzdělávání v podniku, personálnímu útvaru jako části organizace, který tyto aktivity zabezpečuje, kultuře organizace jako jednom z hlavních faktorů, které ovlivňují způsob a podmínky vzdělávání, učící se organizaci jako ideálnímu modelu vzdělávání v podniku a též je věnován prostor pro shrnutí důvodů a přínosů vzdělávacích aktivit v podniku. Praktická část se věnuje popisu vybraného výrobního podniku z hlediska historie, současné struktury organizace, personálnímu oddělení, které koordinuje a zajišťuje vzdělávací aktivity, systému vzdělávání z pohledu podniku, řešení v oblasti vzdělávání v krizových letech 2008-2009 a směřování podniku v oblasti vzdělávání v budoucnosti. Záměrem práce je nastínit teoretická východiska v oblasti podnikového vzdělávání a předložit k porovnání praktické uplatňování těchto... The bachelor thesis deals with further corporated learning. The thesis includes theoretical knowledge about corporate training, further description of the education system in the selected productive company, and a comparison of theory and applied practice. In the theoretical part there are defined terms related to the field of business education, such as learning, education, corporated and professional training, staff development and also the concepts of employee and company. Other subsections are devoted to strategic and systematic training in business, personnel department as part of an organization that provides these activities, corporates culture as one of the main factors that affects the manner and conditions of learning, learning organizations as an ideal model of corporated learning and also there is dedicated space for summary of the reasons and advantages of training activities in the company. The practical part deals with the description of the selected productive company, in terms of history, current organizational structure, personnel department, which coordinates and provides development and training activities, the system of further corporated learning from the perspective of the company, the solutions for these activities in critical years (2008-2009) and direction of the company's...
