Inclusive education from the view of primary school principals

This bachelor thesis deals with inclusive education from the view of primary school principals. This topic has been oftentimes discussed from the year 2016 due to settings new conditions for implementation of inclusive education. These conditions were set up by the amendment to the education act and ministerial decree No. 27/2016 Sb. The main goal of this bachelor thesis was to find out if the tasks from strategic documents are fulfilled in selected primary schools. Other goals were to find out how street-level bureaucrats can influence the implementation of inclusive education, then map how the principals cooperate with other stakeholders and identify the factors which negatively influence the fulfilment of the tasks from strategy documents. The results were detected through a case study. During the research I made six semi-structured interviews with primary schools principals in Praha-východ district.

Strategic human resources management in a selected organization

This diploma thesis investigates the topic of strategic management of human resources in the selected healthcare organization. The aim of thesis is to define short-term and long-term strategic goals of human resources management connected to the basic mission and vision of the department in the healthcare organization. The development of appropriate strategic objectives will be based on the analysis of the internal environment and also will include the results of analysis of external environment. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis involves chapters about human resources as part of strategic management, its history and possible views on that. Other chapters define the human resources management in healthcare, what are the prerequisites for successful management and strategy development. This is also related to personnel management tasks. Afterwards, the specific relevant focus is on ensuring human resources from the point of view of the organization - human resources planning, recruitment and selection of employees, the subsequent adaptation process and staff evaluation. This bachelor thesis deals with strategic analysis of the company Termo Děčín a.s. The thesis is divided into two parts (theoretical and practical). The author defines the theoretical part by using the basic concepts from the literature listed. The practical part parallels the theoretical part where the author applies theoretical knowledge in practical part. It is an analysis of the company both internally and externally. These findings are from a financial analysis which provides the basis for a strategic analysis of the company.

The subject of a thesisentitled "Setting upa System of Strategic Planning in the Parish Charity Litoměřice" is creation of a development strategy of a specific non-profit organization according tothe methods of strategic management. The work isdivided into theoretical and practical part. Theoreticalpart defines important terms, describes processes of strategic planning and depicts strategic analysis methods. SWOT analysis and results of inner and outer environment research are captured in practical part and are based on theoretical knowledge that was described in previous chapters. Results of analysis form strategic plan of whole organization. Methodology that defines procedures and describes whole process of strategic planning is then created upon the plan.

In the practical part is made the external and the internal analysis, which is the foundation of the SWOT analysis. The results of the analysis are the essence of making proposals to improve business competitiveness.

This master´s thesis evaluates the performance of the LAC, s.r.o. company. The theoretical part of the work introduces both a system of performance measurement and also the key principles of strategic analysis. Following this there is an introduction to the company, and to its business activities, together with an evaluation of its current status, utilising strategic and financial analysis. Based on the outputs of the analyses that were carried-out, the analytical part of this thesis presents the design of the Balanced Scorecard method. The final part of the work discusses a proposal for the implementation of a Balanced Scorecard in a corporate environment, with the aim of increasing the company performance and facilitating its future development.

Evaluation of the Performance of the Firm

The thesis is focused on the evaluation of business performance using the Balanced Scorecard concept. The theoretical part defines the concept of business performance and describes the method of Balanced Scorecard. In the analytical part is being assessed the current state of the company DINA-HITEX, spol. s.r.o. through selected analytical methods. Subsequently, as a conclusion of the thesis, is drafted implementation of the Balanced Scorecard concept to this company. In this section are draw up strategic goals of selected perspectives, strategic map, budget, time schedule of the project implemen-tation and evaluation of the benefits of adopting this method to the enterprise.
