The bachelor thesis ”A proposal for company’s marketing strategy” analyses the current state of the product CLUBWASH of the company Verybusy ltd. whose business scope is specialized retail, retail with mixed goods; washing, ironing, repairing and servicing; data processing, databank services, network administration; restaurant activities. The thesis includes proposals of changes of the current communication mix, which should help increase the client’s interest for the company and thus achieve increase of the company profits and better the company’s position on the market.
Proposal of Communication Plan

The main goal of this thesis is to draw up a communication plan of the Pavilion Anthropos. The main questions and methods are specified in the introduction of the thesis. The theoretical part includes necessary definitions and deals with communication tools. The practical part introduces the Pavilion Anthropos and plan of exhibitions for 2010. The concrete activities of the communication plan are then set thanks to acquired information. Further work includes the drafting of a new graphic design web site. The conclusion resumes some of the findings.

This master's thesis is concerned with the analysis of customer satisfaction with the company MANN+ HUMMEL (CZ). In the theoretical part it is concerned with the explanation of the fundamental terms which connect with these problems and methods of satisfaction recognition. Then the company characterization and present conditions of the solution to these problems follow. In the practical part there is customer satisfaction determined by the questionnaire method in combination with direct interviews with the customers. The questionnaires are subsequently evaluated. The proposals arise from the research results. They should bring improvement in customer satisfaction, including the introduction of the cost of the implementation of these steps.
