The diploma thesis deals with creating a marketing strategy proposal for company GN s.r.o. with focus on marketing mix. Diploma thesis is divided into theoretical, analytical and part of proposals. The theoretical part will be paid to defining the basic principles making marketing strategy proposal, creating marketing mix, product policy, price policy, distribution policy and communication policy, and market analysis. In the analytical part will be analyses current state of the company. In Part of proposals will be the marketing strategy proposal itself with focus on marketing mix.

The subject of this diploma thesis is creation of business plan for founding a company, whitch focuses on production and selling trio-flavor protein powder. In first part of this thesis, I focused on theory. In second part can be found all kinds of analysis, for example competition, market research, to be sure we are entering right market. In final part there is calculation for product, financial plan and so on, where from all relevant information will be decided, if the company is realisable.

This bachelor thesis deals with customer satisfaction analysis of Yoga House, z.s. and subsequent proposals for its improvement. The first part of the thesis deals with the description of important theoretical bases related to this topic. The second part analyzes the general and competitive environment of the company, marketing mix is processed, the questionnaire survey focused on customer satisfaction is analyzed, and SWOT analysis from the individual outputs of previous research is elaborated. In the third part, suggestions and recommendations are created to increase the level of customer satisfaction with the selected association.

This diploma thesis deals with the establishment of a business entity, and at the same time provides an insight and methodology of the process of compiling a business plan and its application in everyday practice. At the very beginning of the work are characterized individual terms from the business environment and literature background. The following part of the diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of the business environment in which the newly established entity will do business. In the very conclusion, on the basis of analyses and findings, individual proposals and recommendations are set for how to compile a business plan.

The Proposal of Foreign Market Entry Strategy

The thesis focuses on the proposal of the expansion strategy of the selected company on the foreign market. The company is based in Brno and focuses on the production of Barefoot footwear. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on describing the analysis and addressing the individual issues. The analytical part examines the external and internal environment of the company, including an analysis of the market in question. The third part of the thesis focuses on recommending appropriate proposals for entering the foreign market including a financial plan.
