The company's core business is the excavation, processing, and sale of brown coal and associated raw materials. The thesis has two parts, theoretic and analytic. 7S analysis is used to analyse the internal business environment. Porter five forces analysis is used to analyse the microenvironment and PESTLE analysis is used to analyse the macroenvironment. The last analysis is the SWOT analysis, in which I use outcomes of previous analyses. The main goal of this thesis is to analyse key factors, which have positive or negative influence on the company.
Optimization of Marketing Mixes in Sports Facilities

The goal of this thesis is to optimize current marketing mixes in sports facilities. As such, this thesis will suggest appropriate optimization strategies for these mixes and recommend methods for improving marketing communication practices and service portfolios, in order that facilities may heighten their competitiveness, increase facility attendance, and enhance client satisfaction. The theoretical section of this thesis analyses marketing mixes, services, sports product, CRM, CEM, and facility environment. The practical component first presents the facility itself: a squash centre, where the analysis was done. An analysis and assessment of marketing activities of the squash centre was carried out afterwards. Quantitative forms of research, especially interviews, were used. Informal conversations were also held with the management of the squash centre. The thesis results in some recommendations for the squash centre which are applicable for sports facilities in general.

The thesis analyses micro and macroenvironment of the company RegioJet, a.s. which carries on passenger rail transport. The first part of the thesis focuses on the theoretical basis which is applied on the environment of chosen company in the second part. PESTLE analysis is used to examine the macroenvironment and Porter five forces analysis is used to examine the microenvironment. Additionally, SWOT analysis is done by using the knowledge from the macro and microenvironment of the company. The main purpose of this thesis is to describe factors affecting the company and classify the company within a competition.

The aim of my bachelor thesis was to appreciate the current situation and market position of the building company Milan Hodboď through analysis of external environment.For analyse of external environment I used STEP analyse and Porter´s model of five powers. STEP analyse detects effects from macroenvironment (social and cultural, technical and technological, economic, political and legislative). Porter´s model five forces studies microenvironment (new competition, customers, suppliers, substitutes and the competition).
