The bachelor´s thesis is focused on job-law relationships, specifically on system of employee rewarding for the selected employer. Target of the thesis is especially to optimize personal outlay of employer. Theoretical part is focused on clarification of relationships between employer and employees. Next part is devoted to the analysis of present state of rewarding of employee and questionnaire survey. Based on the analysis are suggested optimal solutions leading to economical and tax handiness.

The diploma thesis deals with a proposal for the development of a remuneration system in a selected company ABC s.r.o. The thesis is divided into theoretical, analytical and design part. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts in the field of management and remuneration of employees. The analytical part focuses on the analysis of the internal and external surroundings of the company, controlled interview and questionnaire survey. The last part of the diploma thesis deals with proposing measures to increase employee satisfaction and loyalty.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the remuneration system of employees in the company AAF International. My thesis is divided into three parts. The first part describes the general known concepts of remuneration. In second part I am analyzing the current state of the company and the method of employee remuneration. The third part of the thesis is focused on proposals concerning changes in the system of employee remuneration in the analyzed company.

The Master’s thesis deals with the proposal to improve employee benefits in company. The theoretical part is dedicated to a summary of knowledge related to the human resources management and its evaluation and reward. A large part is focused on individual forms of employee benefits. The practical part contains an analysis of the current situation in the chosen company, on the basis of which are worked out the proposals of changes to the current system.

The aim of the Bachelor’s thesis is the design of the new motivational system of the firm. The theoretical part specifies basic requisites of the issue, especially motivation and personal management. The practical part is focused on analyzing the current motivational system, surveys data processing and includes proposals for establishment of the new motivational system.
