Bakalářská práce obsahuje teoretická východiska systému hodnocení a odměňování zaměstnanců ve společnosti. Analytická část je zaměřena na konkrétní organizaci a situaci na trhu práce. Výstupem práce je návrhová část, která se zabývá vhodným řešením daných problémů ve vybrané společnosti. Vyhodnocují se i přínosy a náklady daného řešení. The bachelor dissertation contains a theoretical system for the evaluation and remuneration of employees in a company. The analytical part is focused on a specific organization and labor market situation. The outcome of the work is the design part, which deals with an appropriate solution to the problems in the selected company, including the benefits and costs of the solution.
