The most important part of the the work is adviser's scope of employment , solving problemes of pupils, cooperations with other teachers, with parents and selection of career.
Possibilities and difficulties of a school primary prevention consultant work in primary schools

This thesis has been divided into two parts. The first - the theoretical part sta- tes the concept and methodology of school competence of a primary prevention worker at elementary school. The paper presents three reference frames of his wor- king - the legal framework, the framework of professional and social framework. These frameworks define specific competencies, potentials and risks in the per- formance of specialized activities in practice. General picture of the specialized activities SMPP is further elaborated in the following areas: methodology positi- ons in the school environment, the methodology and relationship with the school management , working among the pedagogical staff, the proportion of co-creation methodology for school climate and his possible influencing the climate. The text also discusses the ethics of educational and socio-educational work. Throughout following description of specific methods (social pedagogical intervention, facili- tation of communications, contract, consultation and supervision) The effect is by the potential interaction methodology at school. Motivation of Students in Occupational Choices

This bachelor thesis deals with internal and external motivation of pupils at the end of compulsory school attendance at elementary school, when pupils choose secondary school or apprenticeship for their future career they want to pursue. The aim of this work was to find out what factors are involved in the decision of this pupil. The text is divided into two basic parts - theoretical, where it is pointed out those factors that influence the future steps of pupils towards their further growth the choice of profession at the same time. It is outlined here which kinds of motivation are important for pupils for their advancement, development of pupil personality for professional focus. The second practical part is focused on the specific realized research concerning of the selection of a secondary school or a secondary vocational school in primary school pupils of the 9th class of two primary schools in Prague. Best practices of career guidance in lower secondary schools

This diploma thesis focuses on career guidance in primary and mainly lower secondary schools. The goal of the thesis is to identify and describe the best practices of career guidance from the perspective of a lower secondary school career or educational counsellor, and also from the perspective of the education system. The theoretical part fulfills this goal by describing inspirational approaches to career guidance in selected European countries (Finland, England and France). Using in-depth semi-structured interviews, the research part examines and describes the work of six career guidance facilitators at four lower secondary schools and one upper secondary school, which were purposefully selected as possible examples of best practice. The outcome of the thesis is a detailed insight into the attitudes and approaches to career guidance of the selected respondents, description of 36 unique career guidance activities, and a set of both systemic and specific recommendations for improving the state of career guidance in lower secondary schools. Although the work is focused on lower secondary schools, its outputs are also applicable to upper secondary schools.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the counselling system in the Czech Republic and its use by secondary school pupils. It will be divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part will describe the brief history of the counselling system in the Czech Republic and the legislation related to the individual components of the counselling system specifically school counselling centers and school counsel-ling facilities. The following chapters will then provide an in depth illustration of school counselling centers and school counselling facilities and services provided to pupils. The methods of processing the theoretical part will be the study of print-ed and electronic sources, analysis, comparison of findings and synthesis. In the practical part of the work, a survey will be carried out, the aim of which is to find out the pupils' awareness of the offer of counselling services, the degree and rea-sons for their use and the satisfaction of the pupils with the provided services. The survey will take place at the Secondary School of Hotel and Services in Kroměříž. The respondents will be apprentice students. Changes in the role of a regular elementary school counsellor after the implementation of an inclusion model.

This diploma thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the author derives from the historical findings of Educational Counselling Facilities in the Czech Educational system. Furthermore, she focuses on the definition of Educational Counselling Facilities before the introduction of the new concept of Individual Integration in 2016, including the working methods of school guidance counsellor. The author defines the terms of Individual Integration in detail and deals with the amendment and its consequences in the work of school guidance counsellors and teachers. The practical part includes an empirical research based on semi-structured interviews with school guidance counsellors. The author summarizes the findings of her questionnaire survey carried on among schoolteachers. In the final part, the author specifies the changes in the working methods of school guidance counsellors after the implementation of the new concept of Individual Integration starting from 1st September 2016. The author also clarifies the impact of the Individual Integration concept on the everyday responsibilities of the teachers and the educational facilities from their point of view.
Risk behaviour of pupils at SOŠ and SOU Kralupy nad Vltavou

The diploma thesis deals with risk behavior of pupils of SOŠ and SOU Kralupy nad Vltavou. The aim of this work is primarily to find out what risk behavior is actually occurring at SOŠ and SOU Kralupy nad Vltavou, whether pupils themselves are aware of how the school attempts to prevent the occurrence of this undesirable behavior, and what is used to eliminate the risk behavior of pupils. It reveals how risk behaviors are treated in the school's basic documents and how this behavior is being prevented. It deals with the functioning of the school counseling center and the work of class teachers. Methods used for this work are document study, focus group and interviews. Observation is an additional method. Research shows that the most common risk behaviors are truancy, substance abuse, bullying and cyberbullying, aggression in the form of vandalism and vulgarism. Based on the study of school documents, it recommends possible ways of making the work of the school counseling center more effective, primary and secondary prevention at school, class teacher's work, and class lessons. The conclusion of the thesis is to recommend the school how to promote the elimination of pupils' risk behaviors.
