Bachelor thesis solves a design of a house in the village Čechočovice district Třebíč. The house is located on plot No. 1101/4 in the cadastral Čechočovice. The land is gently sloping and its area is 1071,03 m2. Ground-plan of the building is shape L, the exterior dimensions are 19,25 m x 13,00 m. House has two floors with a partial basement. Roofing is solved over ground floor a single-layered flat roof, walkable flat roof above the first floor double-layer flat. House is designed as a classical brick technology of heat-insulating ceramic fittings Heluz Family 2v1 with polystyrene foam inside the cavities and is based on concrete strips. The building is designed for four-to five member family.

This Bachelor Thesis entitled ”Problems of the remuneration system of the Municipal office of the town of Jihlava employees” analyses current state of remuneration system of this subject of public administration and proposes its improvement. In the first theoretical part, important terms of remuneration are explained; the second practical part is focused on specific system of remuneration of the Municipal office of the town of Jihlava. The system was thoroughly analysed and evaluation of the employees’ satisfaction with this system was examined with opinion pool.

The object of the bachelor thesis is analysis of employee evaluation in production and technical economic departments in ELKO EP, Ltd. Based on facts, the work is proposing possible improvements of the existing employee evaluation system in production, as well as suggesting a new evaluation system for technical economic employees. The new evaluation system would reduce expenditures of company wages funds, being at the same time motivation stimulus for company employees.

The theses deals with remuneration system in selected business with accent of possible resources of employees benefit rendition for supporting increase of motivation, productivity of labour and employees satisfaction. The first part of the theses is focused on explanation of basic concepts in remuneration area. In the second part the current system of renumeration is evaluated based on made analysis. The attention of the analysis was centred on benefits provided to employees. Based on detected facts it was then followed by examination of benefits suitability as motivational and employee satisfaction tool. Action plan suggestion with emphasis on employees benefits was made from the analysis results which should improve the current renumeration system.

It deals with the calculation of the average year recalculated quantity of employees and then with calculation of observance of the mandatory share. It analyses present state of performance of the mandatory proportion of employment of persons with disabilities of employer and on its basis presents proposals of solutions, which are for employer preferable in terms of economical and tax.

The submitted bachelor thesis deals with the remuneration of workers, their stimulation and motivation of employees to work more efficiently. The content and the semantic content of the remuneration, motivation and stimulation is described in the theoretical part. Theoretical knowledge was used to evaluate the current system of remuneration of workers´ remuneration in a business department of a selected company. Based on assessment of the current state of the remuneration system, there have been identified its shortcomings and mistakes, and subsequently recommended procedures for their solutions.

The purpose is to analyze the current remuneration system and propose a possible change in the remuneration system with new knowledge gained through empirical research. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of remuneration. The practical part examines the current situation in the company, includes a questionnaire research. The final part of the thesis contains possible suggestions for improvement and last but not least economic evaluation of the proposed changes.

This thesis examines the factors that affect the market price and rent for agricultural land in the district Mikroregionu Hlinecko, whitch is also going through the PLA Žďárské vrchy. The task is to conduct a survey of real estate market and analyze information obtained. The thesis aims to determine the factors that contribute to the market price and the level of rents.
Motivation and reward system of employees in a selected company

The diploma thesis dealt with the motivation and remuneration of employees in a se lected company. In the first part, this issue was explained and described in more detail theoretically. The next part was implemented in practice. I chose the company Tec nocap s. r. o. The aim of the work was to find out the current state of motivation and remuneration of employees in the company and based on the data to propose impro vements that will help the company in the future with this issue. The research was carried out both quantitatively and qualitatively. First, employees completed questi onnaires of this topic. Then, an interview was conducted with the company's human resources director. Subsequently, all the obtained data were evaluated and interesting results were obtained. Now follows mine solution. First of all, the company should start paying a contribution for transport costs to work, it should also implement social events for its employees, and further training of employees and the recruitment of a younger generation of employees is also very important.
